赞丹降魔镇压邪魔秘法。 赞丹降魔镇压邪魔秘法。 （ཤ）具神通僧人所著赞丹降魔镇压邪魔秘法。皈依圣者紫磨红身！今略述镇压邪魔之法，祈请蒙受加持！若不谙此诀，赞丹之修持则徒劳。为利于此，口诀如下：绘制贝东钦（忿怒尊）之像，于其外书写此咒：书写之物为狗血。嗡 贝热夏恩扎格扎德热库吉！切断修持的邪魔贝东钦之身语意库吉！南吉！庆吉 匝 吽 邦 霍！贝热之威力尽皆 斯多巴亚 南 匝匝。以匝轮围绕。以狗毛与羊毛结成十字架，置于狗器之中，放入三角形坑中。于自生本尊之修持末尾，束缚贝热之口。念诵一百万遍。以芥子击打，镇压于门槛之下。如是，击打朵舞，观想沉入九层地底。此诀未见于汉地典籍，乃口耳相传，今记录于此。此处 不宜广传，乃单传之法。重！此乃拉嘎阿亚所著。吉祥！ 赞丹降魔镇压邪魔秘法。

If you do not know this instruction, the practice of Zammar will be lost. For the benefit of that, the instruction is as follows: Draw an image of Besedongchen (a wrathful deity) as a model, and write this mantra around it. The substance for writing is dog blood. Om Beserakshaṇḍrika Trīkhuk Jik! Khuk Jik the body, speech, and mind of the obstacle-creating demon Besedongchen who obstructs the practice! Nanjik! Ching Shikh Dza Hum Bam Hoh! All the power and energy of Beserak Stobhaya Nan Dza Dza. Surround with a Dza wheel. Bind dog hair and wool into a cross, put it in a dog container, and put it in a triangular pit. At the end of the practice of your own Yidam, bind the mouth of Beserak. Recite one million times. Strike with mustard seeds and suppress it under the door. Thus, beat the drum of the offering dance, and visualize it sinking under nine levels of earth. This is not clear in the Chinese texts, and it is written down as an oral transmission.
