The practice based on Zambhala and the skull cup is as follows: Generate red Zambhala inside a qualified skull cup, that is: place a three-dimensional Zambhala image or a Zambhala image written on paper inside it. Write your own desired name on it as well. Then, with various jewels such as gold, silver, copper, and iron; various foods such as meat, butter, and sugar; various grains such as barley, wheat, rice, and beans; various silks; and various clothes such as cotton and linen, fill the skull cup to the brim. Inside the skull cup, put vermilion, mixed with polished jewels, using blue paper as a base. This is very profound, so it should be kept secret.
