二十四处圣地，内为脉气明点之身，外为本尊咒语坛城。空行众眷请垂念，如意珍宝一般，难得之暇满人身于此获得之时，闻思修若未至究竟，祈请勿令寿命有中断。如百年中的闪电一般，密咒果成熟之时，生圆次第若未至究竟，祈请勿令性命有中断。于成办菩提之身命，若作障碍则非空行母，是处所与田地的空行母，杀害脉气空行母吗？于胜者瑜伽母续部中，届时当行迁转，于非时杀害诸天神，仅杀害诸天神，岂非说将堕恶趣吗？因此莫断自命，祈请守护、救护、隐藏，赐予不死寿命之成就。嗡 达吉尼 萨ra 穆库 萨度 纳 卓！（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）此咒乃以大乐白尊之三摩地念诵一百零八遍。此乃对于自他因空行母之魔扰所致之梦兆，以及实际上病痛增多，无意义地老鹰落于房屋之下或旁边，以及某些人似被附体，出现一个自称来自嘉惹、身着骨饰的蓝衣人说你必须去印度等等诸多怪异现象。做息灾与护持，勇士安坐等，行者与资具等与仪轨相符者实难寻得，仅做与仪轨不符之表面形式，则利益难以产生。虽可自行做朵息，然遣除力小故需反复进行，出现类似情况。祈请息灾于竹巴传承中颇为著名，噶举传承中非时死遣除也于意义上似与之相关。据说于任何所求皆可祈请。故而与空行母心滴百万祈请，以及胜乐金刚耳传息灾相配合，于上弦月十四日书写。请勿认为这是闲聊。此总体的上半部分为空行母的暗语，下半部分为达拉仓的刻树。以此咒加持芥子，对每个需守护者撒七粒芥子亦可。总的来说，这是由阿惹嘎所著。吉祥！吉祥！吉祥！ 息灾
