药师佛修法。 药师佛修法。 药师佛修法 敬礼！ 皈依上师三宝！ 为利有情众，修持薄伽梵药师佛。 诸法无所缘，本性即是空。 于彼性空中，自观为圆满。 誓言智慧无别薄伽梵药师佛。 身色蔚蓝色，一面及二手。 右手施胜印，持妙药及尊胜。 左手结等印，持甘露满钵。 以妙相好饰，跏趺金刚坐。 身着三法衣，安住莲月上，放射无量光。 心间月轮上，吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字咒语右绕旋。 彼放光芒故，从东方之处。 无量药师佛，降临融入己。 复次身放光，见闻诸有情。 三毒诸疾病，悉皆得平息， 一切众有情，获得无上觉。 达雅塔。嗡 贝堪则 贝堪则 玛哈贝堪则 惹杂萨目嘎喋 梭哈。（藏文：ཏདྱ་ཐཱ། ཨོཾ་བྷཻ་ཥ་ཛྱཻ་བྷེ་ཥ་ཛྱཻ་མ་ཧཱ་བྷཻ་ཥ་ཛྱཻ་རཱ་ཛ་ས་མུཏྒ་ཏེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：तद्यथा । ॐ भैषज्ये भैषज्ये महाभैषज्ये राजसमुद्गते स्वाहा ，梵文罗马拟音：tadyathā. oṃ bhaiṣajye bhaiṣajye mahābhaiṣajye rājasamudgate svāhā，汉语字面意思：如是。嗡，药，药，大药，药王生起，梭哈。） 如是尽力念诵后。 如此修持所有修行者，自心。 心乃有无 离边即空性。 任显不散乱，当下护自性。 无执无改造，若能自然修。 五毒之疾病，平息成就药师佛。 如是修诵之善根力， 见闻忆触诸众生疾病息， 愿与薄伽梵药师佛无别！ 此乃拉杰旺律劝请，由奇堆邬金于所建佛塔附近之阿惹嘎所著。 药师佛修法。

The Sadhana of the Medicine Buddha. The Sadhana of the Medicine Buddha. The Sadhana of the Medicine Buddha is present! I take refuge in the Lama and the Three Jewels! For the benefit of beings, I accomplish the Bhagavan Medicine Buddha. All dharmas are without object, primordially empty. From within that state, I myself arise as complete awareness. Inseparable from the samaya and wisdom, the Bhagavan, the Healer. His body is dark blue, with one face and two hands. The right hand grants supreme blessings, holding the supreme medicine and the victory banner. The left hand rests in equipoise, holding a nectar-filled begging bowl. Adorned with marks and signs, he sits in the vajra posture. His body is draped with three kinds of Dharma robes. He sits upon a lotus and moon, radiating immeasurable light. At his heart, on a moon, is the syllable Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) with the mantra circling to the right. From that, light radiates, and from the eastern direction, Immeasurable Medicine Buddhas come forth and dissolve into me. Again, from my body, light radiates, Pacifying the three poisons and diseases of all who see and hear. May all beings attain unsurpassed enlightenment! Tadyathā. Oṃ bhaiṣajye bhaiṣajye mahābhaiṣajye rājasamudgate svāhā. By the merit of meditating and reciting in this way, May the diseases of all who see, hear, remember, and touch be pacified, May I become inseparable from the Bhagavan Medicine Buddha himself!
