To benefit beings, I practice the Bhagavan Medicine Buddha. On the lotus and moon above my crown, the dark blue HUM syllable (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hum) is offered with light. Having done the benefit of all sentient beings, it gathers back as the root guru, inseparable from the Bhagavan. The Medicine Buddha's body is the color of lapis lazuli, with one face, a peaceful smile, and adorned with a white urna. With two hands, the right hand makes the supreme giving mudra, holding the supreme medicine, the victorious fruit and leaves. The left hand is in meditative equipoise, holding a begging bowl filled with nectar. He sits in vajra posture on a lotus seat. Perfectly endowed with marks and signs, he wears the three Dharma robes. Rays of light blaze with the glory of a hundred thousand suns. On his forehead is a white OM (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：Om), on his throat is a red AH (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：Ah), and on his heart, on a moon disc, is a blue HUM syllable (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hum) surrounded by a mantra. From that, light radiates to the eastern world. The wisdom beings from the Pure Land of Lapis Lazuli Vision are invited from the sky and dissolve into inseparability. Furthermore, all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions are invited in the form of the Medicine Buddha and become inseparable. To the Medicine Buddha, the essence of all refuges combined, I prostrate with body, speech, and mind in reverence. Actually offered and mentally emanated, the four continents, Mount Meru, the seven royal possessions. The eight auspicious symbols and emblems, and the five objects of desire. I offer my body, possessions, and all of existence and non-existence. From beginningless time until now, transgressions of vows, natural transgressions, and unmentionable actions. I confess all accumulations of misdeeds. I rejoice in all the merits of the noble beings. I urge you to turn the great wheel of Dharma according to what is tamable. I request you to remain as long as samsara exists. May all beings be happy through this virtue. Bhagavan, with your aspiration and prayer, and with immeasurable compassion, please be kind to me. Please protect me from diseases of wind, bile, and phlegm, and from all the fears of samsara. As I pray, nectar descends from the body. Entering from the Brahma's aperture, all diseases, demonic influences, sins, and obscurations. Exit in the form of soot from the lower gate. Having gone underground, the Yama, Lord of Karma.

满足。 观想自身处于无垢水晶球般的体内， 其中充满着不死甘露。 然后念诵：顶礼薄伽梵如来应供正等觉药师琉璃光王！三遍或七遍、二十一遍。 念诵： ཏདྱ་ཐཱ། ཨོཾ་བྷཻ་ཥ་ཛྱཻ་བྷེ་ཥ་ཛྱཻ་མ་ཧཱ་བྷཻ་ཥ་ཛྱཻ་རཱ་ཛ་ས་མུཏྒ་ཏེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། （梵文天城体：तद्यथा । ॐ भैषज्ये भैषज्ये महाभैषज्ये राजसमुद्गते स्वाहा ，梵文罗马拟音：tadyathā, oṃ bhaiṣajye bhaiṣajye mahābhaiṣajye rājasamudgate svāhā， 汉语字面意思：如是，嗡，药，药，大药，药王生起，梭哈）尽力念诵。 药师佛的身语意中放射出的光芒， 白红蓝三色融入自身的五个部位。 获得身语意的殊胜灌顶后， 薄伽梵化为光融入自身，与我无二无别。 诸佛的心和自己的心， 以及三界众生的心性， 无二无别，在法界中本体唯一。 因为自心本来就是法身， 无需希求和担忧，安住于本然。 不要被善的欲望束缚，放松安住。 不要把分别念视为敌人，任其自然。 如同鸟儿无论怎么飞翔都在虚空中， 如同鱼儿无论怎么游动都在大海中， 分别念无论怎么生起都在心性中， 不散乱，不忘失觉知，这就是修持。 以此为代表，凭借三世所积累的善根， 今生获得长寿无病，证悟增长。 一旦命终，死亡即是法身， 显现成佛，中阴成就报身。 转世化身于西方极乐世界， 于怙主无量光佛的足下， 在金色莲花中化生， 愿能行持广大的菩提行！ 为了让格隆（比丘）林扎西能够修持，格隆Ra嘎阿亚立刻写下，愿善妙增长！ 药师佛的禅修念诵上师瑜伽。

Content. Visualize yourself within a flawless crystal sphere, Filled to the brim with the nectar of immortal medicine. Then recite: Homage to the Bhagavan, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Enlightened Buddha, the King of Medicine, the Lapis Lazuli Light! Three times, or seven times, or twenty-one times. Recite: TADYATHĀ, OṂ BHAIṢAJYE BHAIṢAJYE MAHĀBHAIṢAJYE RĀJASAMUDGATE SVĀHĀ as much as possible. The rays of light from the body, speech, and mind of the Medicine Buddha, White, red, and blue, dissolve into the five places of oneself. Having obtained the supreme empowerment of body, speech, and mind, The Bhagavan dissolves into light, inseparable from me. The hearts of all the Buddhas and one's own mind, Likewise, the minds of all beings in the three realms, Inseparably, in the Dharmadhatu, the essence is one. Because one's own mind is originally the Dharmakaya, There is no need for hope or worry, rest in its natural state. Do not be bound by the desire for good, rest in relaxation. Do not regard thoughts as enemies, let them be. Just as birds fly in the sky, Just as fish swim in the ocean, Thoughts arise in the nature of mind, Without distraction, without forgetting awareness, this is practice. Representing this, through the power of whatever merit has been accumulated in the three times, In this life, may longevity, freedom from illness, and the increase of realization be attained. When the time comes to pass away, may death be the Dharmakaya, Manifesting enlightenment, may the Bardo achieve the Sambhogakaya. May the incarnation be reborn in the Western Pure Land, At the feet of the Lord Amitabha, Born miraculously in a supreme golden lotus, May I practice the vast conduct of Bodhi!
