Namo Bhaiṣajye. To the infallible refuge, the Three Jewels, I take refuge with one-pointed devotion; in order to establish the six realms of beings in happiness, I generate the supreme Bodhicitta. All dharmas are inherently greatly complete; the meaning is beyond speech, existence, non-existence, permanence, and annihilation; the essence is the self-radiance of emptiness, the power of awareness; in the center of the palace of Delightful to See, the self-arisen Bhagavan, the Sugata, the Medicine Buddha; the body is blue and clear, the color of pure sky; adorned with marks and signs, radiant with splendor and light; the right hand grants supreme blessings, holding an arura; the left holds a lapis lazuli alms bowl filled with nectar; the feet are in the vajra posture on a lotus and moon seat; adorned with three red dharma robes; in the heart, on a moon, a blue Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) is surrounded by mantras; from the field, the eastern direction, the light of lapis lazuli shines; inviting and absorbing the wisdom being identical to oneself; that is the mind-essence of the meditator; that, without contrivance, freely gaze upon your own face; by gazing upon that, the three poisons are pacified in their own place; like a water wave dissolving into water; all the sufferings of the three realms of samsara; now eliminated by the King of Medicine; realizing that is the meaning of the unsurpassed tantras; the Dharma, the Great Seal, is that itself; the meaning is the Bhagavan Medicine Buddha, one's own mind; the self-radiance of the empty mind is the body of the Medicine Buddha; the outer container world is Delightful to See, the outer essence is the naturally arising medicine that cures diseases; the inner movement is the self-liberation of the five poisons and; the medicine that eliminates eighty-four thousand afflictions; the meaning is that by meditating on this generation and completion, the union; by combining the interdependent medicinal herbs; may the four humors of disease be pacified; by combining the inner self-mind with the Dharmakaya; may the suffering of the six realms of beings be eliminated.
