从无始轮回以来， 对于骑乘、役使、偷盗、抢夺、殴打、杀害的， 所有宿债、债务的债主们， 供养这广大殊胜的赎命供品。 那嘛 萨瓦 达他嘎达 阿瓦洛给得 嗡 桑巴ra 桑巴ra 吽。（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思） 念诵三遍或七遍。 吽！ 对于魔障、宿债、厉鬼、赎命品之主等， 以此赎命供、食子、甘露的受用供养， 愿一切无余满足而饱足， 从此停止加害、惩罚、损害与伤害！ 一切诸法皆从缘起生， 彼因如来已宣说， 断绝损己利他之行， 如种子甘甜果实不虚， 善恶所作定于自身成熟。 因此汝等谛听胜者之教， 取此赎命品，从此莫加害！ 若不取此所施赎命供， 取已仍旧行加害之事， 三宝与清净法性， 因果不虚之谛实力， 马头明王嘿汝嘎与秘密主， 莲师金刚橛之威力， 汝之身命将被摧毁成微尘。 若多次念诵，此为要诀。 因此取此赎命供，前往他处， 从此切莫再行加害！ 如是说。 嗡 桑巴尼 等，应作结界，修护轮。 如是，当自身有所需时，Ra Ga A Si 立即造作，若有任何过失，则忏悔之，愿利益有情！吉祥！ 马赎命仪轨 略摄

To the obstructors, karmic creditors, malevolent spirits, and lords of ransom, By offering this ransom offering, torma, and nectar enjoyment, May all without exception be satisfied and fulfilled, And from now on, do not harm, punish, injure, or hurt! All phenomena arise from dependent origination, Therefore, the Tathagata has spoken of that cause, Abandon harming oneself and harming others. Just as sweet seeds produce unfailing fruits, Whatever good or bad is done will surely ripen on oneself. Therefore, listen to the words of the Victorious Ones, Take this ransom and do not harm from now on! If you do not take this offered ransom torma, Or if you take it but still cause harm, By the power of the Three Jewels and the pure Dharma nature, And the truth of unfailing cause and effect, By the power of Hayagriva Heruka and the Lord of Secrets, And the power of Guru Vajrakila, Your body and life will be destroyed into dust. If recited many times, this is the key point. Therefore, take this ransom torma and go elsewhere, And from now on, never cause harm! Thus, speak.
