To the ministers who accomplish the activities, the swift and quick meditators Sgomchen and Sgamchung, I offer this golden drink, swiftly accomplish the activities. Furthermore, to the ocean of retinues, the supporters and guides residing on the right, left, front, and back, I offer this golden drink, accomplish all wishes. May the essence of the victorious teachings, the secret mantra, flourish and spread. May the activities of the upholders of the teachings increase and expand. In general, in this country and in particular in this region, may all unfavorable and harmful forces be pacified, and may we live in happiness and prosperity. In particular, may you swiftly accomplish without delay the four activities that I, the yogi, have entrusted to you. May all wishes be fulfilled according to the Dharma, flourishing with perfect goodness and glory.
