Supreme realm of Great Compassion, land of cool snows, land of high mountains and pure earth, towering rock peaks reaching for the sky, where southern clouds perch and flutter on the summit, in front, a crystal spring, radiating the essence of medicine and nectar, at the foot, wild animals frolic, surrounded by tree forests and rock patterns. Such is the local deity of this place, known as the great god Ragbom. Dressed in white, riding a white horse, with a face as white as the moon, wearing a white hat with silk tassels and white silk robes, holding three banners and a silk spear, with two hands holding a cane and a leather bag, possessing a peaceful and smiling divine demeanor, surrounded by a multitude of divine attendants. Most of the nearby local deities are of your retinue and lineage. All of you, along with your retinue, please come here and accept this sang and offering. Offer incense with juniper flour, offer the three whites, tea, alcohol, and grains. May you be greatly pleased and satisfied, protect the vows between the place and the guests, always support and assist us. From the precious turquoise mountain, emerges Mono Mi Smuk, with snake-like hair, body color green-yellow, radiant with light, riding a blue mule, accompanied by many constant female attendants.
