虎乘三眷属之桑供。 虎乘三眷属之桑供。 虎乘三眷属之桑供吉祥圆满！ 吽。 大黑虎乘忿怒身，口张齿咬披黑大氅。 嘎夏人头鬘饰作璎珞，以嗡嗡啪啪之声撼动三千世界。 喧嚣声中伴随傲慢之军队，手持幡旗之护法。 献上茶酒精华与血肉朵玛，愿如满月般增益吉祥。 如来之大成就者，增益处所财畜之神。 如今供养父尊蓬拉年波，愿无疾病死亡及灾祸。 彼岸之大成就者，供养父尊牦牛班通玛扬。 如阳光照耀于石女，息灭一切敌与魔。 愿根本稳固，马畜兴旺，消除冷热交替之疾病。 扎雅莲花生大士如您所言，明晰具足显现智慧之诸神。 如帽般戴于顶，如饰般飘扬，以饮食精华献供。 当发生内外争斗之时，请守护奇妙之头颅。 与千百万大拉眷属一同，供养大拉虎乘蓬拉及其眷属。 以慈悲之心如待父母兄弟般，请守护无论身在何处、去往何方之人。 伴随哈哈欢喜之笑声，啊啦啦嚯赐予奇妙之成就。 此乃汇集三种牦牛种姓之祈请文，由牦牛王处之恩重如山之Ra Ga A Sy所作。 愿吉祥！康区上部囊谦邦岗工艺文化显密佛法兴盛洲古籍修复室整理出版。 虎乘三眷属之桑供。

Great Black One, the wrathful form of the Tiger Rider, with mouth open and teeth bared, wearing a great black cloak. Adorned with a garland of fresh human heads as ornaments, shaking the three thousand worlds with the sound of Hūṃ Hūṃ Phaṭ. Accompanied by an arrogant army with clamorous sounds, to the Protector holding banners. Offering the essence of tea and chang, and flesh and blood torma, may goodness and prosperity increase like the full moon. Being a great Siddha of the Tathāgatas, a deity who increases wealth and livestock in places. Now we offer to the powerful father Pomra, may there be no sickness, death, or misfortune. Great Siddha of the Far Shore, we offer the father yak, Bantongma Yang. Like sunlight falling on a barren woman, pacify all enemies and obstacles. May the foundation be good, may horses and livestock increase, and may all diseases of alternating hot and cold be eliminated. As commanded by Zaya Padmasambhava, you deities who clearly possess manifest wisdom. Bound on the head like a hat, and fluttering as ornaments, we offer the essence of food and drink. When internal and external conflicts arise, please protect the wondrous head. Together with a retinue of millions of great Ras, we offer to the great La, the Tiger Rider Pomra, and his retinue. With compassion, like a father, uncle, and brothers, please protect those who are wherever they are, wherever they go. Accompanied by the laughter of Haha, grant the wondrous accomplishments of Alala Ho. This is a condensed prayer to the three yak lineages, composed by the kind Ra Ga A Sy, who resides in the presence of the Yak King. May there be auspiciousness!
