With faith and samaya, I invite the Lama, Yidam, and Three Jewels, the hosts of Dakinis, Dharma Protectors, and Wealth Deities, the local deities, place deities, and lineage holders, the Eight Classes, karmic debtors, obstructing spirits, and guests, without exception, along with their retinues. Please be seated on your respective pleasing seats. I offer actual and mentally-created offering substances, along with fragrant wood, roasted flour, and burnt offerings. I confess all faults that contradict your minds. Please pacify diseases, evil spirits, and obstacles. Please pacify epidemics and contagious diseases. Please pacify coughs, fainting, and delirium. Please pacify wind, bile, and phlegm imbalances. Please pacify male and female demonic disturbances. Please pacify Naga diseases and virulent diseases. Please pacify planetary diseases and Tsen diseases. Please pacify Gyal diseases and the four executioners. Please pacify all diseases caused by earth lords. Please pacify all diseases caused by the Lord of Death. Please pacify diseases affecting humans and horses. Please pacify diseases affecting livestock. Please pacify diseases affecting goats and dogs. Please pacify frost, hail, and storms. Please accomplish all peaceful activities. May all peaceful activities be accomplished.
