肉是慈悲者所食。 肉是慈悲者所食。 肉是慈悲者所食。此乃意义之口诀，汇集显密二者之精华。顶礼洛给夏ra耶！因《楞伽经》中所说，除了荟供的誓言物之外，不吃肉。死肉、捕获之肉、集市购买之肉这三种肉，吃了对调伏之规没有罪过。宰杀之肉和供奉之肉罪过大。然而以慈悲心而食用，将肉放在面前，修无量慈悲。吸一口气，将以该众生为主的一切众生的罪障融入自身。一切众生远离罪恶和痛苦之后，呼一口气，将自己的善根融入以该众生为主的一切众生。观想一切众生具足安乐，获得菩提。在此状态中，念诵名号和陀罗尼。顶礼薄伽梵如来吉祥施，消除断命之罪。顶礼如来吉祥贤，消除宰杀之罪。顶礼如来现观，消除宰杀之罪，此乃三菩萨堕罪忏释。嗡 阿比ra 吽 凯匝 木 梭哈（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱབྷི་ར་ཧཱུཾ་ཁེ་ཙ་མུ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ ābhira hūṃ kheca mu svāhā，汉语字面意思：嗡 阿比ra 吽 凯匝 木 梭哈）。念诵七遍加持肉后食用，不会有罪过，因为乔沃仁波切说，此能使该旁生从恶趣中解脱，出自《建房经》。以上是经部之规。 密法之规： 唉玛！为了肉而死的众生，是多生累劫的老母，真是可怜。为了你圆满资粮，清净业障，向幻化本尊献上内在的焚烧供养。以此生起。 嗡 阿！自身刹那化为金刚萨埵，脐间的火或风是智慧火。舌头是火焰，口是灶孔。手自然成为倾倒勺和盛放勺。心中间寂静的四十二位佛，以及颅腔中五十八位饮血尊，原本就是本誓无别而显现。如是观想灶和火神显现后，以三字加持焚烧物，嗡 阿 吽 肉 食用 饮食 甘露 焚烧物 供养。 肉 食用 众生 清净二障祈请。嗡 阿 吽 菩提心 大乐 智慧 法界 阿。

Meat is eaten by the compassionate. Meat is eaten by the compassionate. Meat is eaten by the compassionate. This is the pith instruction on the meaning, which gathers the essence of both Sutra and Tantra. Homage to Lokishvara! Because it is taught in the Lankavatara Sutra, one should not eat meat except for the samaya substances of the tsok. Eating the meat of the dead, the meat of the captured, and the meat bought in the market, these three kinds of meat, there is no fault according to the Vinaya. The meat of the killed and the meat of the offered are great faults. However, eating with compassion, placing the meat in front, meditate on immeasurable compassion. Inhale a breath, absorbing the sins and obscurations of all sentient beings, led by that being, into oneself. After all sentient beings are free from sins and sufferings, exhale a breath, absorbing one's own accumulations of merit into all sentient beings, led by that being. Meditate on all beings possessing happiness and attaining enlightenment. In that state, recite the names and dharanis. Homage to the Bhagavan Tathagata Glorious Giver, may the sin of taking life be purified. Homage to the Tathagata Glorious Excellent, may the sin of butchering be purified. Homage to the Tathagata Manifest Knower, may the sin of butchering be purified, these three are the explanations of the Bodhisattva's confession of downfalls. oṃ ābhira hūṃ kheca mu svāhā (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱབྷི་ར་ཧཱུཾ་ཁེ་ཙ་མུ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ ābhira hūṃ kheca mu svāhā，汉语字面意思：嗡 阿比ra 吽 凯匝 木 梭哈). Reciting this seven times and blessing the meat before eating, there will be no fault, because Jowo Rinpoche said that it liberates that animal from the lower realms, as stated in the Sutra of Building Houses. The above is the Sutra tradition. Moreover, the Tantric tradition: Alas! The sentient being who died for the sake of meat, is a mother of many lifetimes, how pitiful. In order to complete your accumulations and purify obscurations, offer the inner burnt offering to the illusory deity. Generate with this. oṃ āḥ! Oneself instantly transforms into Vajrasattva, the fire or wind at the navel is the wisdom fire. The tongue is the flame, the mouth is the stove. The hands naturally become the pouring spoon and the ladling spoon. In the center of the heart, the forty-two peaceful Buddhas, and the fifty-eight blood-drinking deities in the skull cavity, are clear as being primordially inseparable from the samaya. Having clarified the stove and the fire deity, bless the offering substances with the three syllables, oṃ āḥ hūṃ meat eaten food drink nectar burnt offering offered. Meat eaten sentient beings purify the two obscurations I pray. oṃ āḥ hūṃ bodhicitta mahāsukha jñānadhātu ā.

嗡 噜噜噜噜吽 贝 吽！ 擦萨 匝拉 然 卡嘿！ 食肉众生之罪障，萨瓦 巴巴 善定 咕噜耶 梭哈！ 念诵一遍。 之后，每吃一口食物，就念诵一遍咒语。 长咒。 以及，简略念诵：嗡 冈 嘎呢 一遍。 用七遍乌瑟尼沙咒，将干净的土撒在骨头上。 如此火供之善，为令一切众生获得菩提而回向。 以此善，愿食肉众生，速生极乐净土。 咒师阿惹嘎在禅定间隙写下。 康区上部囊谦（今青海玉树囊谦县）昂冈工艺文化显密法增洲古籍修复室整理出版。 肉是慈悲者所食。

Oṃ rulu rulu hūṃ bhyo hūṃ! Tsa sa dzva la raṃ kha hi! Śa zos sems can de'i sdig sgrib sarva pāpaṃ śāntiṃ kuru ye svāhā! Recite this once. Then, with each bite of food, recite one mantra. The extensive mantra. And, to condense: Oṃ kaṃ ka ni, once. With seven recitations of the Uṣṇīṣa mantra, sprinkle clean earth on the bones. By this merit of the fire offering, may all sentient beings be dedicated to attaining enlightenment. By this merit, may that meat-eating sentient being be swiftly born in the Pure Land of Sukhāvatī. The mantra holder Araga wrote this during a break from meditation.
