His body is the size of a thumb in human form. He rides a horse the size of a mouse. In his hand, he waves the flag of sin. His retinue is surrounded by five fierce ones. He surrounds the four directions and eight corners. He runs in the realm of space. He suddenly descends upon two-legged humans, and performs foot-shaped magic on four-legged livestock. He reaches his destination with just a thought. If you make offerings to him, he will bring glory and help. Those beings who oppose you, he will not give them good, but will give them bad. Whatever year comes, be careful to avoid it. Now that I offer you, with these desired samaya substances, may the three-eyed Blood-Mouth be pleased with your samaya, may the samaya of the nine fierce ones be pleased, grant the accomplishments of glory and fame, fulfill wishes, satisfy expectations, please accomplish the tasks I entrust to you. Offer the torma and ransom in all directions. This was written by the 7th Ra-ga A-sya, may it greatly benefit all beings.
