(ཡི) When giving the oral instructions for mountain retreat Dharma, it was offered to the master as a long life prayer. The actual Chenrezig, glorious and venerable Lama, with compassion considering the benefit of the teachings and beings, in this realm, manifested as an incarnate body, Guru Lord. Karma Raga Asya, may your feet be firm! Although you were a Buddha in the past, in this degenerate age, you illuminated the teachings of the Sage, comprehending the essence of Sutra and Tantra. Perfecting the three vows, adorned with the ornaments of the three trainings, incarnate Raga Asya, may your feet be firm! Since your birth, you have performed immeasurable practices, the deities of the Three Jewels and Three Roots, like a constellation of stars, you have seen immeasurable faces, Guru Raga Asya, may your feet be firm! Especially the four classes of Tantra and the three categories of treatises, having taken the sacred Dharma into your heart and practice, for the benefit of beings, you have turned the wheel of Dharma in the ten directions, incarnate Raga Asya, may your feet be firm! Furthermore, all beings who see and hear with meaning, may you actually place them on the path of maturation and liberation, Raga Asya, may your feet be firm for a hundred years, and may the teachings be clear like the sun and moon, and may the lineage holders, the monks and disciples who uphold the teachings, be like a river, continuous and uninterrupted! Through the prayers of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the three times, the powerful Lama, Yidam, Dakini, Dharma protectors, wealth deities, and the ocean of oath-bound ones, through the power of truth and the power of virtue, may this prayer be fulfilled right now! This was offered to the master as a long life prayer at the peak of the glorious mountain, a sacred place, on the waxing day of the auspicious month in the year of the powerful Changshe Gyalpo, by Lama Karma Virla Sagara. May there be auspiciousness! The precious Lama said: In the future, if someone goes to a mountain retreat, practices the Sutra and Tantra teachings, and wishes to combine all the old and new teachings into one, becoming a practitioner who understands one thing and liberates all, and wishes to accomplish all the benefits for oneself and others, then this mountain retreat Dharma oral instruction is complete.
