To the fierce Mo Bil and his retinue, I pray, offer, and praise. May the retinue be pleased and satisfied, may darkness and decline be cleared away, may splendor and majesty increase, may conflicts and disputes be pacified. By the power of offering to you, the local deity, may the region be peaceful and happy, and may the wishes of us yogis and our retinue be fulfilled, and may auspiciousness and prosperity increase. When calling for rain, when the realized Terton Dudjom Lingpa completed the ritual on the top of the sacred mountain, accompanied by thunder, lightning, and storms, heavy rain fell and rain was induced.
