意伏藏·心之明镜中，菩萨虚空藏之化身，大神唐拉之修法。 意伏藏·心之明镜中，菩萨虚空藏之化身，大神唐拉之修法。 意伏藏·心之明镜中，菩萨虚空藏之化身，大神唐拉之修法。 顶礼莲花金刚！ 若修大山唐拉，于无垢之白布上，涂以香药，绘制坛城。 其上陈设以三白（牛奶、酥油、酸奶）调和之朵玛。 于自身前，观想唐拉身色白，骑乘白牦牛，身着宽松白袍，头顶发髻以珍宝和半截金刚杵装饰，右手持鞭，左手持水晶念珠，眷属为轮回之神鬼围绕。 诵念命咒：嗡 班匝 塘嘎拉 门嘎拉 门涅 库夏利 匝匝 萨玛雅 吽 啪！ 亦可诵念名咒：嗡 阿 吽 啥 班匝 巴瓦 匝 萨瓦 悉地 吽！ 由此成就。 灌顶则依于天法傲慢之命权法。 于一铁橛颈部，以根咒加持一小团白芥子并系之。 置一牦牛于供品处。 之后，于四时以橛于头顶旋转，迎请无数大山神融入牦牛，观想牦牛鸣叫。 之后，旋转，观想橛中放射出无数铁蝎，牦牛之气息弥漫天地，发出雷鸣般的吼叫，驱逐并诛杀一切邪魔鬼怪。 念诵：嗡 班匝 门嘎拉 涅 库夏利 Ra匝 玛拉雅！ 截断邪魔鬼怪之命脉。 阿底！ 意伏藏耶？ 虽说化身不变金刚十八岁亲见时为意伏藏圆满之际，然吾Ra嘎阿夏殷勤祈请，故得意伏藏中，仅能取出少许，云此法事业众多，然无法取出。 于此，愿成息灭邪魔鬼怪障碍之缘起！ 意伏藏·心之明镜中，菩萨虚空藏之化身，大神唐拉之修法。

Recite the life essence: Om Vajra Tangkara Munkara Munnye Khushali Dza Dza Samaya Hum Phet! It is also okay to recite the name mantra: Om Ah Hum Ha Vajra Barawa Tsa Sarwa Siddhi Hum! By that, it is accomplished. The empowerment should be done according to the Sky Dharma, the life force of arrogance. On the neck of one iron phurba, tie a small bundle of white mustard seeds, blessed with the root mantra. Place one yak as an offering. Then, at the four times, rotate the phurba on the head, inviting countless Great and Powerful Ones, dissolving them into the yak, contemplate the yak roaring. Then, by rotating, from that phurba, countless iron scorpions emanate, and the breath of that yak fills the sky and earth, roaring like thunder, driving away and killing all demons and evil spirits. Recite: Om Vajra Munkara Nye Khushali Radza Maraya! Cut off the lifeline of demons and evil spirits. Ati! Mind Treasure? Although it was at the time when the emanation Mingyur Dorje was eighteen years old when the Mind Treasure was completed, I, Raga Asya, earnestly requested, so from the Mind Treasure, only a little could be extracted, saying that this has many activities, but it seems impossible to extract. Here, may it become an auspicious connection for pacifying the obstacles of gyal 'gong!
