长寿五姐妹的手供。 长寿五姐妹的手供。 长寿五姐妹的手供。 顶礼空行母！ 在长寿佛的修法供品陈设之时，以及会供之时等所做的手供是：前方在谷物容器中，盛满具有殊胜标志的班杂，放入甘露丸。 自己刹那间观想为至尊度母，洗手使之洁净。 左手无名指以书写双重法源的方式，在中央做点状，念诵：嗡啊吽嗡啊吽。 颅器之中双重法源居中央， 啥（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉字字面意思：啥）字黄色以光芒照亮自身。 左手遮盖，念诵：嗡啊吽。 这样加持后，左手掌心，右手无名指持握并竖起，以书写双重法源的方式，在字母的位置念诵字母并做点状，念诵：嗡啊吽嗡啊吽。 左手掌心法源中， 邦（藏文：པཾ་，梵文天城体：वं，梵文罗马拟音：vaṃ，汉字字面意思：邦）字红色光芒闪耀， 六角法源之中逆时针， 欧波吽扬，啥（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉字字面意思：啥）芒吽吽，吽吽，啪的啪的。 如是观想六位勇母的咒语。 对此，右手拇指和无名指洒酒，念诵：嗡 班杂 贝若匝尼耶 玛哈 瑜伽尼 阿尔刚等。 夏巴 班匝 布匝 啊吽。 邦（藏文：པཾ་，梵文天城体：वं，梵文罗马拟音：vaṃ，汉字字面意思：邦）字六位明妃的种子字等，融化为甘露落入颅器之中。 左手无名指搅拌，念诵：嗡啊吽。 三遍。 化为智慧甘露大海。 无名指供养，大金刚持 帝洛 那若巴，玛尔巴 米拉热巴 多杰扎，达波 杜钦 卓贡 父子，噶玛巴等噶举派上师，供养清净誓言物甘露之悦意供品。 嗡啊吽。 俱生母 金刚瑜伽母，三处空行众眷属，以及长寿五姐妹眷属，供养清净誓言物甘露之悦意供品。 嗡啊吽。 如果想广增，就在每个名字的口中念诵嗡啊吽。 说是第六世嘉瓦仁波切所赐仪轨的补充，由比丘噶玛阿热嘎所写，如有错谬向五部空行忏悔。 愿以此善根，使修证法脉兴盛广大！ 愿吉祥！

The hand offering done when arranging the practice substances for Tseringma, and during Tsokhor, etc., is as follows: In front, in a grain container, fill a Bhanda with excellent signs and place nectar pills inside. Instantly visualize yourself as Jetsunma. Wash your hands and make them clean. With the ring finger of the left hand, draw a double dharma source, and in the center, make a dot, reciting: Om Ah Hum Om Ah Hum. In the skull cup, a double dharma source in the center, The yellow Hrih (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉字字面意思：啥) syllable illuminates itself with light. Cover with the left hand, reciting: Om Ah Hum. Bless it in this way, and with the ring finger of the right hand holding and raising the ring finger of the left hand, draw a double dharma source, and at the place of the letters, pronounce the letters and make a dot, reciting: Om Ah Hum Om Ah Hum. In the palm of the left hand, a dharma source, In the center of the double layer, the red Pam (藏文：པཾ་，梵文天城体：वं，梵文罗马拟音：vaṃ，汉字字面意思：邦) syllable blazes with light, Inside the six-pointed dharma source, counterclockwise, O Bo Ham Yam, Hrih (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉字字面意思：啥) Mam Hum Hum, Hum Hum, Phet Phet. In this way, visualize the mantras of the six heroines. Then, sprinkle chang with the thumb and ring finger of the right hand, reciting: Om Vajra Vairochaniye Maha Yogini Argham, etc. Shabda Pancha Puja Ah Hum. The Pam (藏文：པཾ་，梵文天城体：वं，梵文罗马拟音：vaṃ，汉字字面意思：邦) syllable, along with the seed syllables of the six consorts, melt into nectar and fall into the skull cup. Stir with the ring finger of the left hand, reciting: Om Ah Hum. Three times. It transforms into a great ocean of wisdom nectar. Offer with the ring finger: To the great Vajradhara, Tilopa, Naropa, Marpa, Milarepa, Dorje Drak, Dakpo Duchen, Drogon father and sons, Karmapa, and other Kagyu lamas, I offer the pure samaya substance, the pleasing offering of nectar. Om Ah Hum. To the Coemergent Mother, Vajrayogini, together with the assembly of Khechari in the three places, and to the five Tsering sisters with their retinue, I offer the pure samaya substance, the pleasing offering of nectar. Om Ah Hum. If you wish to expand, recite Om Ah Hum into the mouth of each name. This was written by Bhikshu Karma Araga as a supplement to the ritual bestowed by the Sixth Gyalwa Rinpoche, confessing any mistakes to the five Dakinis.
