སྟག་ཞོན་གྱི་ཀ་བསྟོད། སྟག་ཞོན་གྱི་ཀ་བསྟོད། སྟག་ཞོན་གྱི་ཀ་བསྟོད་བཞུགས་སོ། །ཀཱ་ལ་མ་ཧཱ་དཔལ་ལྡན་ནག་པོ་ཆེ། །ཁ་གདངས་མཆེ་གཙིགས་ལྗགས་འདྲིལ་སྤྱན་གསུམ་བསྒྲད། །ག་ཤལ་མི་མགོའི་ཕྲེང་བས་རྣམ་པར་བརྒྱན། །ང་རོ་ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ་སྒྲས་འཇིག་རྟེན་གཡོ། །ཅ་ཅོ་རྒྱོབ་སོད་བསྲོ་སྒྲས་དགྲ་བགེགས་བསྒྲལ། །ཆ་ལུགས་བེར་གསོལ་སྟག་ལ་ཆིབས་པ་ལ། །ཇ་ཕུད་ཤ་ཕུད་དཀར་གསུམ་མཆོད་པ་འབུལ། །ཉ་རྒྱས་ཟླ་བ་ལྟ་བུའི་སྤྱན་མིག་གིས། །ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏའི་བསྟན་དང་བདག་ཅག་དང་། །ཐ་ན་ནོར་ལུག་བྲན་གཡོག་ཡན་ཆད་ལ། །ད་ནི་ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་རྟག་ཏུ་བསྲུང་མཛོད་ལ། །ན་ཚ་ཤི་ཆད་གོད་ཁ་མེད་པར་མཛོད། །པ་དེ་པུ་དེའི་འཁུ་ལྡོག་མ་མཛད་པར། །ཕོ་རོལ་གནོད་པར་བྱེད་པའི་དགྲ་བགེགས་རྣམས། །བ་མོ་ཉི་ཟེར་ཕོག་ལྟར་མེད་པར་མཛོད། །མ་དང་ཕ་ཁུ་རྒན་རབས་ཚེ་བསྲིངས་ལ། །ཙ་རླུང་དར་བའི་གཞོན་ནུ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ། །ཚ་གྲང་འདུ་བའི་ནད་ཀུན་ཞི་བར་མཛོད། །ཛ་ཡེ་རྡོ་རྗེ་འཆང་གིས་བཀའ་བསྒོས་ལྟར། །ཝ་ལེར་དུས་གསུམ་གཟིགས་པའི་མགོན་པོ་ཁྱོད། །ཞྭ་ལྟར་བླ་མགོན་དབྱེར་མེད་སྤྱི་བོར་བཀུར། །ཟ་འཐུང་ཕུད་ཀྱིས་ཁྱེད་ལ་མཆོད་ ལགས་པས། །འ་རེ་འུ་རེའི་དམག་ཇག་གནོད་པ་དང་། །ཡ་ང་འཇིགས་པ་བར་དོའི་འཕྲང་ལས་སྐྱོབས། །ར་ཆེན་གནོད་སྦྱིན་ཁྲི་དང་ནག་པོ་སྟོང་། །ལ་ཆེན་ཡེ་ཤེས་མགོན་པོ་འཁོར་དང་བཅས། །ཤཱ་ས་ན་སོགས་སྙིང་པོ་སྔགས་ཀྱིས་མཆོད། །ས་དང་ལམ་གྱི་བར་ཆད་ཞི་བ་དང་། །ཧ་ཡ་གྷི་ཝའི་གོ་འཕང་ཚེ་འདི་ལ། །ཨ་ལ་ལ་ཧོ་ཐོབ་པར་མཛད་དུ་གསོལ། ཅེས་ཇ་ཕུད་དམ། ཆང་ཕུད་དམ། འོ་ཕུད་དམ། ཤ་ཕུད་ཐུད་དང་ཁུ་བ་སོགས་བྲན་ལ་འདོན་ཆོག །ཇ་ཕུད་ལ་བཏོན་ཡང་རུང་། འབྲོང་པ་ཨོ་རྒྱན་གྱིས་བསྐུལ་ནས། ༧ ཨ་རཱ་གས་འཕྲལ་དུ་བྲིས་པའོ། བཀྲ་ཤིས་པར་ཤོག ། སྟག་ཞོན་གྱི་ཀ་བསྟོད།

虎乘赞 虎乘赞 虎乘赞安住于此。 卡拉玛哈巴丹纳波切（梵文：Kāla Mahā Pāladan Nāgpo Che，伟大的黑怙主）！ 口张齿露舌卷动，三眼圆睁怒视。 嘎夏人头鬘，庄严无比。 嗡嗡啪（藏文：ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ，梵文天城体：हुं हुं फट्，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ，摧伏）之声撼动世界。 恰恰乔索索之声，诛杀邪魔。 身着法衣，骑乘老虎之上。 献上新茶、鲜肉和三白（牛奶、酸奶、酥油）供养。 如满月般清净的慧眼， 护持如来教法、我等以及， 乃至牲畜奴仆等一切。 如今请您恒时守护， 愿无疾病、死亡和灾祸。 莫作帕德布德之违逆， 愿彼加害于人的邪魔， 如阳光照耀下的雾气般消散无踪。 祈愿父母叔舅等长辈延年益寿， 愿所有气脉畅通的青年人， 平息冷热交加所致的疾病。 如金刚持（藏文：རྡོ་རྗེ་འཆང་，梵文天城体：वज्रधर，梵文罗马拟音：vajradhara，持金刚）所敕令， 明晰照见三世之怙主您， 犹如头顶之帽般，将上师与怙主无别顶戴。 因以饮食精华供养您， 祈愿免除兵匪之害， 救脱恐怖中阴险境。 罗刹大夜叉千员与黑怙主百员， 伟大的智慧怙主偕眷属， 以教法等心髓真言供养。 愿息灭地道之障碍， 愿于此生获得马头明王（藏文：ཧ་ཡ་གྷི་ཝ，梵文天城体：हयग्रीव，梵文罗马拟音：Hayagrīva，马颈）之果位。 祈愿成就阿拉拉霍！ 如是，无论是新茶，还是新酒， 或是牛奶，还是鲜肉、肉酱和肉汤等，皆可随意供养。 即使供养新茶也可。 应仲巴邬金之请， 阿惹嘎仓促写成。 愿吉祥！ 虎乘赞

Praise to the Tiger Rider Praise to the Tiger Rider Praise to the Tiger Rider resides here. Kāla Mahā Pāladan Nāgpo Che (Great Black Protector)! With mouth open, fangs bared, tongue curled, and three eyes glaring. Adorned with a garland of freshly severed human heads. The sound of Hūṃ Hūṃ Phaṭ (ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ，हुं हुं फट्，hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ，Crushing) shakes the world. The sounds of ca ca, gyob sod, and bsrwo slay enemies and obstacles. Dressed in robes, riding upon a tiger. Offerings of new tea, fresh meat, and the three whites (milk, yogurt, butter) are presented. With eyes as clear as the full moon, Protect the teachings of the Tathāgata, ourselves, and Even livestock, servants, and everything else. Now, please always protect us, May there be no disease, death, or misfortune. Do not act contrary to the Pade Pude, May those enemies and obstacles that harm others, Vanish like mist under the sunlight. May parents, uncles, and elders have long lives, May all the youths with thriving vital energies, Pacify all diseases caused by the combination of heat and cold. As commanded by Vajradhara (རྡོ་རྗེ་འཆང་，वज्रधर，vajradhara，Vajra Holder), You, the protector who clearly sees the three times, Are revered on the crown of our heads, inseparable from the Lama. Because we offer you the essence of food and drink, May we be protected from the harm of armies and robbers, And saved from the terrifying straits of the bardo. The thousand great Yaksha Rakshasas and the hundred black protectors, The great Wisdom Protector with his retinue, Are offered the essence mantras of the teachings and so on. May the obstacles of the ground and path be pacified, May we attain the state of Hayagrīva (ཧ་ཡ་གྷི་ཝ，हयग्रीव，Hayagrīva，Horse Neck) in this life. May we attain Alala Ho! Thus, whether it is new tea, new wine, Or milk, or fresh meat, meat sauce, and broth, etc., can be offered at will. Even offering new tea is fine. At the urging of Drongpa Orgyen, Ara wrote it hastily. May there be auspiciousness! Praise to the Tiger Rider
