Meditate and recite the mantra with clarity on the visualization sequence of the profound longevity practice of Yeshe Gonpo. Meditate and recite the mantra with clarity on the visualization sequence of the profound longevity practice of Yeshe Gonpo. Meditate and recite the mantra with clarity on the visualization sequence of the profound longevity practice of Yeshe Gonpo, completed. Sanskrit Romanization: Namo Jñānanāthāya, Literal Chinese Meaning: Homage to the Lord of Wisdom). Since the Guru, Yidam, and Dharma Protector are inseparable, the daily practice of the longevity practice of the Protector, during sessions such as evening, night, day, etc., whenever desired, at the crown of one's ordinary body, from the Hum syllable on the seat of the full moon, from the inseparable union of recollection, completion, samaya, and wisdom, Yeshe Gonpo is the color of conch and jasmine, one face, four arms, complete with ritual and attire, the left hand holds a Bhanda filled with immortal nectar, the right hand holds a curved knife to indicate the teachings, the lower right a sword, the lower left a khatvanga, residing on a moon seat in a playful, wrathful smile. In the heart, above the moon, the Hum syllable, the mantra revolves to the right. From it, rays of light radiate in ten directions. The life and merit gathered by the paths of samsara and nirvana are all gathered and dissolved into the skull cup in the hand. The Protector rejoices and pours the nectar from his hand. Entering from the Brahma aperture, filling my body, sins, obscurations, impairments, shadows, and impurities, obstacles to life, in the form of smoke and soot, emerge from the soles of both feet and the lower gate, gradually sinking nine layers below the earth. The Lord of Death, Yama, drinks and is satisfied and pleased. My body is like a crystal vase filled with milk, thinking it is filled with immortal wisdom nectar. Om Vajra Kavu Va Mahākāla Ya Āyuste Puṭṭiṃ Kuru Om (Tibetan: ༀ་བཛྲ་ཀ་ཝུ་ཝ་མ་ཧཱ་ཀཱ་ལ་ཡ་ཨ་ཡུསྶཏེ་པུཏྟིཾ་ཀུ་རུ་ཨོ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ वज्र क वा वा महाकाल य आयुस्ते पुत्तिं कुरु ओ, Sanskrit Romanization: Oṃ Vajra Kavu Va Mahākāla Ya Āyuste Puṭṭiṃ Kuru Oṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Om, Vajra, Kavu, Va, Mahakala, grant life, increase, do, Om). After reciting this as many times as possible, such as a hundred or a thousand, by the power of the Protector at the crown dissolving into oneself, one's ordinary body transforms into the Protector with four arms, the color of the autumn moon, one face, three eyes, extremely peaceful and smiling, yellow hair raised upwards, adorned with five dry skulls, the first holds a curved knife, a skull cup filled with nectar, the lower left a trident, below the lower right, a lasso coiled with the nature of nectar, adorned with charnel ground attire, silk, and jewels, standing proudly in a playful posture on a white lotus moon disc, clearly appearing in the midst of swirling self-light, in his heart is a wisdom being like himself, in his heart, above the moon mandala, the samadhi mind.

The mantra encircles the heart of the hero. From it, various rays of light emanate. The blessings and essence of all the gurus, yidams, Buddhas, bodhisattvas, dakinis, and dharma protectors, along with the upward-moving and wandering life force, and the essence of life and merit arising from gods, nagas, and humans, are all gathered and dissolve into the deity in the center of the heart. Radiance increases, and from the body and the moon cushion, a stream of immortal life nectar descends. My body is filled, and each drop of nectar becomes half a vajra in the space between the pores. At the base of both little fingers is marked a white Hūṃ. Meditate in this way and recite this mantra as much as possible: Oṃ Amaraṇi Jive Svāhā. Then rest in the state of non-objectifying emptiness. Even if you recite it a thousand times without distraction in meditation, it is said in the Manifestation Tantra that you will live a thousand years. If you recite it a million times, it is said that you will live five thousand years. It is said that you will be without aging and attain immortality. Even if you practice it regularly, it will purify decay, transgressions, and obscurations. It is said that you will only attain the life-awareness holder. In the Protector Manifestation Tantra and the Body Lineage, these scattered root words were compiled by Rāga Asya, who is concise in words and clear in meaning. Although the compiler is poor, because the instructions are profound, it is like applying dog oil to cure jaundice. Please, the three emanation brothers, practice one session without interruption each day. If it can be combined with the enemies and friends of the elements, although there are hundreds and thousands of types of life practices, because of the lineage blessing, it is a deity of many lifetimes, so it is certain that you will quickly receive compassion and blessings. This meaning is all in the Manifestation Tantra and the Body Lineage, so do not doubt if you have not received the lineage transmission. By the virtue of writing this, may all the upholders of the teachings have stable bodies and extensive activities. At the urging of the Shorpupa Lama, Rāga wrote this at the auspicious mountain peak. May there be auspiciousness! Compiled and printed by the Ancient Book Restoration Room of the Nangchen Angang Craft Culture Secret Mantra Dharma Development Island in Upper Kham. Relying on the clear stages of the profound life practice of Yeshe Gonpo, contemplate and practice, and recite the mantra.
