金鬘速行。 金鬘速行。 大乐导师您唯一，示现大菩提之理，我向大怙主顶礼，请赐予我彼誓言，也请赐予我菩提心，佛法僧三宝，也请赐予我三皈依，于大解脱之胜城，祈请怙主引导我进入，我向三宝皈依，所有罪业皆一一忏悔，随喜众生之善，以意忆念佛菩提，如是令念诵三次。于父续，祈请诸佛与菩萨垂念我。于母续，祈请具诸佛子之诸佛垂念我。我名某某者，从此时起，乃至菩提道场之间，如三世怙主们，于菩提中决定一般，无上菩提心，我当生起。以律仪，持守戒律，积聚善法，利益有情之三种戒律，我当稳固受持。于佛陀瑜伽律仪，佛法僧，无上三宝，从今起至上受持。金刚部之殊胜大种姓，金刚铃之手印亦，如实受持，上师们亦当受持。珍宝部之殊胜大种姓，于悦意之誓言，每日六次，念诵布施四种，恒常布施。从大菩提中生起之，清净莲花大种姓，外内密之三乘，所有殊胜之法皆受持。于大事业种姓，具足一切律仪，如实受持，亦当尽力作供养之事业。无上菩提心，我当生起，为利一切有情之故，我当受持所有律仪。未度者我当度，未脱者我当令脱，气绝者令其出气，安置众生于涅槃。如是令念诵三次，此乃口诀之穗。

Golden Garland Swift Practice. Golden Garland Swift Practice. Great Bliss Teacher, you alone, show the way to great enlightenment. I prostrate to the Great Protector. Please grant me that very samaya. Please also grant me the bodhichitta. The Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, please also grant me the Three Refuges. In the supreme city of great liberation, please, Protector, lead me in. I take refuge in the Three Jewels. I confess all sins individually. I rejoice in the merit of beings. I hold the Buddha's enlightenment in mind. Thus, have them recite three times. In the Father Tantra, request all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas to consider me. In the Mother Tantra, request all Buddhas with their sons to consider me. I, so-and-so by name, from this time forth, until I reach the essence of enlightenment, just as the Protectors of the three times have determined in enlightenment, the unsurpassed bodhichitta, I shall generate. With vows, the discipline of morality, accumulating virtuous dharmas, and the three disciplines of benefiting sentient beings, I shall firmly uphold. In the vows of Buddha Yoga, the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, the unsurpassed Three Jewels, from today onwards, I shall uphold as supreme. The supreme great lineage of the Vajra family, the mudra of the vajra and bell also, I shall truly uphold. I shall also uphold the teachers. The supreme great lineage of the Ratna family, in the pleasing samaya, six times each day, recite and always give the four kinds of generosity. From the great enlightenment arising, in the pure great lineage of the Padma family, the three vehicles of outer, inner, and secret, I shall uphold all the sacred Dharma without exception. In the great Karma lineage, possessing all vows, I shall truly uphold. I shall also do the work of offering as much as I can. The unsurpassed bodhichitta, I shall generate, and for the sake of all sentient beings, I shall uphold all vows without exception. Those not liberated, I shall liberate. Those not freed, I shall free. Those without breath, I shall give breath, and establish sentient beings in nirvana. Thus, have them recite three times, and this is the ear of secret instructions.
