亲见药师佛的祈愿文，大解脱。 亲见药师佛的祈愿文，大解脱。 亲见药师佛的祈愿文，大解脱正文。顶礼玛哈贝卡扎耶（藏文，梵文天城体：महाभैषज्ये，梵文罗马拟音：mahābhaiṣajye，汉语字面意思：伟大的药）。 薄伽梵，胜者，琉璃色的身相，以妙相好庄严，披着三法衣，于莲花月轮座上，结金刚跏趺坐，手持胜妙钵，我向您顶礼。 若有众生因悭吝之业所束缚，于饿鬼道中安住漫长劫，若有众生仅仅听闻您的名号，便能从饥渴之苦中解脱，赞颂您！ 若因邪见而堕入地狱，仅凭听闻您名号的福德，便能转生并持有正确的见解，赞颂您，指引正道的药师佛！ 若因嫉妒嗔恨而转生为畜生，于极度难忍中受苦，仅凭听闻您的名号，便能转生为聪慧之人，赞颂您，遣除无明黑暗的药师佛！ 若因他人嫉妒，以恶咒和诅咒夺走性命，仅凭听闻您的名号，便无法加害，降伏魔王的您，我向您顶礼赞颂！ 若因戒律不净而听闻您的名号，无论发愿往生何处，皆能于清净刹土化生，赞颂您，指引解脱道的您，我向您顶礼赞颂！ 若有无依无靠、贫穷且被疾病缠身者，仅凭听闻您的名号，所有疾病皆能平息，无依者的怙主，薄伽梵琉璃光，药师王，我向您顶礼赞颂！ 薄伽梵，以赞颂您的福德，愿我和我的弟子眷属，四大的疾病平息，从国王等一切恐惧中解脱，一切所需无需勤作自然成就，何时命终之时，八大菩萨以神通力降临于虚空，指示前往西方极乐世界的道路，于莲花中化生，以供养无量寿佛而令其欢喜！ 每日三时向您祈祷，即使是罪大恶极的屠夫也能往生天界，愿能于极乐世界化生！ 土牛年藏历新年初五的夜晚，梦中亲见药师佛。

Bhagavan, Victorious One, with a body of lapis lazuli color, adorned with excellent marks and signs, covered with the three Dharma robes, seated in vajra posture on a lotus and moon seat, holding a victorious alms bowl, I prostrate to you. Whoever is bound by the karma of miserliness, and remains in the realm of the pretas for kalpas, whoever hears only your name, may they be liberated from the suffering of hunger and thirst, I praise the Victorious One! If one falls into hell due to the power of wrong views, by the merit of hearing only your name, may they be reborn and hold the correct view, I praise you, the Medicine Buddha who shows the right path! If one is born as an animal due to the power of jealousy and hatred, suffering in extreme torment, may they be born wise and intelligent by hearing your name, I praise you, the Medicine Buddha who dispels the darkness of ignorance! If one's life is taken by the power of others' jealousy, through the use of mantras and curses, they cannot be harmed by merely hearing your name, I prostrate and praise you, the King who subdues the Maras! If one hears your name with impure morality, wherever they aspire to be reborn, such as in Sukhavati, may they be born miraculously in a pure land, I prostrate and praise you, the guide to the path of liberation! If there are those who are helpless, poor, and afflicted with illness, may all their illnesses be pacified by hearing your name, Protector of the helpless, Bhagavan Lapis Lazuli Light, King of Medicine, I prostrate and praise you! Bhagavan, by the merit of praising you, may the diseases of the four elements of myself, my teacher, and entourage be pacified, and may we be liberated from all fears, such as those from kings, may all needs and desires be spontaneously fulfilled without effort, and when the time comes to pass away, may the Eight Bodhisattvas come in the sky with miraculous power, showing the path to the Western Pure Land of Sukhavati, and having been miraculously born in the best of lotuses, may we please Amitabha by making offerings! If one prays to you three times a day, even a great sinner and butcher will go to the higher realms, may we be miraculously born in Sukhavati! On the night of the fifth waxing day of the first month in the Earth Ox year, in a dream, I actually saw the Medicine Buddha.
