The Blessing of the Fulfillment Substance, the Wish-Fulfilling Jewel, abides here. Oṃ hrīḥ padman kṛta vajra krodha hyagrīva hulu hulu hūṃ phaṭ (Tibetan). With this, cleanse obstacles and impurities. Oṃ svabhāva purifies grasping at reality. Transform into emptiness. From within emptiness, arising in successive layers are Mount Meru, the four continents, and the iron fence. Above Mount Meru, upon the wind-fire skull-generating seat, within a skull of immeasurable expanse, the great ocean of wisdom nectar from the melting of the five meats and five nectars, from the vessel emanate various beautiful forms. The waves resound with various melodious sounds. The fragrance emanates various sweet scents. Tasting with the tongue, it possesses a hundred flavors. Touching the body, it is soft and cool, generating uncontaminated bliss. In its essence and vapor, goddesses of desire fill the sky, emanating continuously. Each holding numerous offerings. Offering to and dissolving into the six senses of each deity, pleasing them and fulfilling their vows. The eight auspicious goddesses and the sixteen offering goddesses, each holding their own offerings, with great bliss fulfill the delight of each of the deities, the seven royal emblems and the eighteen wondrous offerings. And the seven offerings of close conduct, and so forth, the enjoyments of gods and humans gather like clouds and fall like rain. All the supports, means of accomplishment, offerings, and fulfillment substances of each deity are complete and abundant. All birds, beasts, wild animals, and aquatic creatures are large, numerous, and powerful. The aggregates, elements, and sense bases are all complete. Each one emanates and appears in countless numbers. Such four continents with Mount Meru, before each of the deities and protectors, each complete one appears. Emanating in countless numbers, pervading the ends of space, until samsara is not empty, it becomes the nature of continuous arising.
