天法莲花顶髻修法。 天法莲花顶髻修法。 天法莲花顶髻修法者： 那摩！三宝与三根本，于皈依处皆皈依。为令众生安住佛，发起殊胜菩提心。自身赫利化莲花顶髻，白蓝红色三面微笑，发髻半月以绸缎庄严，右三莲花三尖竖，左三罥索施依杖，身披山皮安住莲月。头顶上师无量光，东西南北依次为，忿 एक（梵文天城体：एक，梵文罗马拟音：eka，汉语字面意思：一）发忿怒颦眉马头明王度母，蓝黄红绿心之中央，持刀颅鬘念珠杖索，施依乌巴拉花，主尊心间赫利咒围绕，四方轮 རཾ་（藏文，梵文天城体：ram，梵文罗马拟音：ram，汉语字面意思：让） ཧཱུྃ་（藏文，梵文天城体：hūṃ，梵文罗马拟音：hum，汉语字面意思：吽） ཧྲཱིཿ（藏文，梵文天城体：hrīḥ，梵文罗马拟音：hrih，汉语字面意思：舍） ཏཱཾ་（藏文，梵文天城体：tām，梵文罗马拟音：tam，汉语字面意思：当）生起。从普陀拉迎请融入，心间月上吽字末，咒鬘右旋放光芒，供养十方诸佛，净化众生诸业障。嗡 贝玛 乌什尼夏 贝玛列 吽 啪 诵念尽力而为，嗡。 ལོ་ཀི་ཤྭ་རི་ཨརྒྷཾ༴（藏文）洛给夏瓦热 阿尔刚，诸佛皆赞叹，功德之宝藏，名为观世音，恒常顶礼赞主尊。得灌顶后念诵一串或至少七遍不间断。此咒语吹于海螺上，闻者皆生于天界。咒于沙上撒于骨上，则脱离恶趣。以旃檀、杉树叶、香等任何可燃物熏燃，则人病、畜病、财病、羊病、瘟疫等一切疾病皆断除，如是于不空罥索续中所说。 阿惹嘎所书。

The Namschos Padma Tsugtor Sadhana. The Namschos Padma Tsugtor Sadhana. The Namschos Padma Tsugtor Sadhana: Namo! Refuge in the Three Jewels and Three Roots, refuge in all places of refuge. In order to establish all beings in Buddhahood, I generate the supreme Bodhicitta. Oneself becomes Hrih, the Padma Tsugtor, with three faces of white, blue, and red, smiling. The hair is adorned with a half-moon and silk. The three right hands hold a lotus with three tips upright. The three left hands hold a lasso, the gesture of refuge, and a staff. A mountain skin is draped over the shoulder, seated on a lotus and moon. On the crown of the head is the Lama, Infinite Light. In the east, south, west, and north, respectively, are Ekajati, Wrathful Brow, Hayagriva, and Tara. In the center are blue, yellow, red, and green Bodhisattvas. Holding a knife, skull cup, rosary, staff, lasso, the gesture of refuge, and an Utpala flower. The heart of the main deity is surrounded by the Hrih mantra. In the four directions, generate Ram, Hum, Hrih, Tam. Invite and dissolve from Potala. At the heart, on the moon, at the end of the Hum syllable, the mantra garland rotates to the right, radiating light, offering to the Buddhas of the ten directions, purifying the obscurations of all sentient beings. Om Pemo Ushnisha Vimala Hum Phet. Recite the recitation as much as possible. Om. Lokeshvara Argham. Praised by all Buddhas, the treasure of all qualities, the one named Chenrezig (Avalokiteshvara), I constantly prostrate and praise the Lord. After receiving empowerment, recite one mala or at least seven times without interruption. If this mantra is blown into a conch shell, whoever hears it will be born in the higher realms. If it is chanted on sand and scattered on bones, one will be liberated from the lower realms. If it is chanted on sandalwood, juniper leaves, incense, or any kind of combustible substance and burned as incense, all kinds of human diseases, livestock diseases, wealth diseases, sheep diseases, and epidemic diseases will be cut off, as stated in the Sutra of the Amoghapasha.
