If it is done concisely, the Torma Empowerment alone is sufficient. Generate the mandala on the top of the Torma for yourself and the front generation. The union of bodhicitta is mixed with the nectar of the bhandha. By remembering completion, with these root words of view and meditation, by reciting in the manner of supplication, the activity root is complete. ༈ Namo. I take refuge in the Three Jewels and the Yidam deity, and the assembly of victorious ones, the ocean. I take refuge with reverence in body, speech, and mind. I generate the four immeasurable minds.
