The Root Text of the Combined Secret Practice of Great Compassion is completed. Oṃ Maṇi Padme Hūṃ Hrīḥ! I prostrate to the Great Compassionate One, the protector of beings! This is a condensed version of the root text for the practice of the Great Compassionate One, the protector of beings. Without distraction, this is said in the nature of mind. Samaya. Gya Gya Gya. Namo. I take refuge in the Three Jewels and the Yidam deity, and in the assembly of victorious ones, the ocean. I prostrate with reverence through the three doors. I generate the mind of the four immeasurables. Hūṃ! Listen, you hosts of obstacles and misleading spirits! All of you, return to your respective places! Accomplish the activities of protection and boundaries. Open the door of pure, clear, and empty self-awareness. I prostrate to meet the nature of the essential heart. I will not abandon the Samaya even for my life. Bestow the blessings of body, speech, and mind in this place. Grant the supreme empowerment of the five wisdoms. These clouds of outer, inner, and secret offerings, I offer with reverence, please accept them. I confess all violations, breakages, and errors. Hūṃ! All phenomena, free from elaboration, are primordially pure. It is a pity that this very nature is not realized. Hūṃ is the life-force of the heart of wisdom. From Hrīḥ, Bhaṃ radiates, a celestial mansion. The complete and great palace is clear. From the Hūṃ syllable in the center, radiating and gathering, I meditate myself as the Great Compassionate One. The combined secret Avalokiteśvara of Great Compassion, the lord of life, Hayagrīva, the secret wisdom mother, the treasure-holding, secret-holding five family mothers, the hero parents, the six Thubpas, the thousand Buddhas and the four gatekeepers, the Vidyādharas, Ḍākinīs, and oath-bound hosts. Sha. Body color, hand symbols, ornaments, and attire, clear like a rainbow in the sky, unmixed. Hūṃ! From the pure and great bliss celestial mansion, the assembly of deities of Great Compassion, as in the previous commitment, please invite them to come to this place. Please remain here without separation. I prostrate with faith through the three doors. Oṃ Maṇi Padme Hūṃ Hrīḥ! Shu Maha Dza Na Te Te Hūṃ Te Na Hūṃ! Please accept the great primordial offering. Sarva Pañca Amrita Rakta Balimta Sarva Puja Kha Hi! Hūṃ! The Great Compassionate One, the embodiment of all Sugatas, the self-born wisdom Avalokiteśvara, the combined secret main retinue, I prostrate and praise the complete assembly of deities. Purifying the sins and obscurations of all sentient beings. May all meditate on Great Compassion. Gathering back the essence of body, speech, and mind, Blessings and attainments dissolve into me.
