At the boundary between samsara and nirvana, within the clear great ocean, from the center of the coiled black serpent, the king of races, the nine-headed klu demon, the demon of demons, the klu demon, whose body relies on the face of Mount Meru, whose lower body dwells in the depths of the ocean, who has sixteen hands, the right eight holding nā, the left eight holding curved knives and serpent lassos, whose heads flutter in the realm of space, from whose mouths emanate the sounds of malice, who emits the sound of terrifying igsha, who scatters the sounds of vows and sins, whose eyes gaze with fierce intensity. Whose fangs are sharp, whose mouth is red and black, who is a malicious klu, gnyan, and earth lord, who devours the six Vasu races as food, who makes the royal race into a necklace, who makes the Brahmin race into bracelets, who wraps the common people around his waist, who treads the evil outcaste race under his feet, who destroys the malicious earth lords and klu gnyan in an instant, who is emanated from the heart of Manjushri, may I visualize the black klu demon clearly before me. Hūṃ! In the center of the extremely clear ocean, the demon of demons, the lord of death, please come to this place, please come to subdue the eight classes of klu and gnyan. To you, the emanation of Jamyang, the klu demon, I prostrate with body, speech, and mind. I offer various offerings such as the three whites. I confess all non-virtuous and sinful deeds individually. I rejoice in the virtuous deeds of the three times. I pray that you turn the wheel of Dharma by whatever means necessary to tame beings. I pray that you do not pass into nirvana but remain. May you inflict the disease of tsi tsi dzala on those who destroy the teachings, the enemies of the guru's body, and all enemies who hate me, and may you accomplish the activity of destroying them from the root. You know what activity to perform on whom. Quickly liberate the enemies and obstacles you are targeting. Guide their consciousness with compassion to the pure land. May you destroy the root of samsara from now on. May you now consume the diseases and afflictions of my three poisons and five poisons. Complete the accumulation and purify obscurations, and pacify the obstacles of this life and the next.

A collection of precious jewels, gold, silver, and grains, adorned with silk banners and parasols. Offerings and praises, may the samaya be fulfilled! May it be fulfilled, may all Naga diseases be eliminated! May you be a companion in my practice! Do not waver in your vows, accomplish the activities! A-kā-ro, etc. O phe lo hūṃ. Idaṃ baliṃtā kha kha khā hi khā hi. Andhaṃ, etc. Hūṃ. Black Naga demon Dipa Tsa, Naga Raksha with great power. The head reaches the realm of space, the back rests against the great Mount Meru. The tail coils in the depths of the ocean, one face, the wrathful face of a Rakshasa. Devouring the Nagas who delight in blackness, uttering the great sound of Iksha Iksha. Eight heads, snakes standing upright, enemies seized by leprosy from the breath. Turquoise earrings, precious crown swaying, granting the nine needs to whoever practices. Hair scattered in the realm of space, vows and sins pouring down like rain of hot rays. Eight hands holding burning curved knives, eight faces are great snake lassos. Known as the emanation of Manjushri Yamantaka, it is the medicine for eliminating Naga diseases for those with vows. The true form dwells in the great ocean, the emanation appears in Devi Koti. The powerful lord of mad speech, a million Nagas, a thousand fierce spirits, a thousand earth lords. Gathering all the hungry ghosts as attendants, the black Naga mother with a frog's head. Revered as the secret great consort, surrounded by attendants of life-force lords, gods, and demons. Holding the seal of the black curse book, I pray for the release of the suppressed Naga curse.
