文殊阎罗忿怒水毒面之朵玛舞胜乐。 文殊阎罗忿怒水毒面之朵玛舞胜乐。 文殊阎罗忿怒水毒面之朵玛舞胜乐安住。 刹那间从地下，业之阎罗水牛牛头，口张开如天地，獠牙如雪山之链，舌如闪电般舞动的口中，所有损害者、怨敌、邪魔、厉鬼全部进入。如是清晰观想后，迎请安住三次后，所有阎罗奋力返回，从沉入九层地下的上方，朵玛盘以金刚十字杵须弥山四大洲镇压其上，阎罗眷属诸神镇压其上。朵玛舞是：吽！以诛杀怨敌的尸体为食，以业之大阎罗之舞敲击，以深蓝黑色威猛之姿态，镇压损害者夜摩、厉鬼、邪魔，以及诅咒鲁扎之众。三面忿怒镇压三界，三首镇压三界所有佛塔，三眼怒视镇压天龙八部，以剃刀之翅镇压诅咒恶咒，鳄鱼凶猛之面镇压地神龙神恶神，以忿怒水之橛镇压鲁扎男女，损害佛法之怨敌，夺取高处解脱之魔障诅咒者，厉鬼鲁扎怨敌男女等，镇压于业之阎罗之下，愿永世不得翻身！嗡啊吽 南！怨敌镇压于地界，水界 贝 南！火界 然 南！风界 扬 南！空界 蓝 南！识界 巴亚 南！玛惹亚 南 南！之后行吉祥祈愿。此乃努布班 桑吉益西仁波切从紫黑色箱子中，略作整理而著。深甚深！甚深甚深甚深！之后，瑜伽士我等大菩提，于无上修持之地，寿命福德财富，美好善妙，愿充满大吉祥！阿拉拉 霍！如是举起朵玛，散撒谷物。胜乐之行为是：奇！于现行道中行事之，持明瑜伽大士我，嗔恨

In an instant, from beneath the earth, the Yama of Karma, with the head of a buffalo bull, mouth gaping as vast as the sky and earth, fangs bared like a chain of snow mountains, tongue flickering like lightning within its mouth, may all harm-doers, enemies, obstructing spirits, oath-breakers, and demons be contained. Thus, having visualized clearly, and invited and seated them three times, may all the Yamas fiercely return, from above sinking nine levels into the earth, may the torma bowl be pressed down upon them with a vajra cross, Mount Meru, and the four continents, may the assembly of Yamaraja deities and their retinue be pressed down upon them. The torma dance is: Hum! Devouring the heap of slain enemies and obstructors, with the dance struck by the great Yama of Karma, with a fierce stance of great dark blue-blackness, may all harm-doers, Yamas, oath-breakers, demons, and the hosts of sorcerers and Rudras be suppressed. With three wrathful faces, suppress the three realms, with three heads, suppress all stupas and the three realms, with three glaring eyes, suppress the eight classes of gods and demons, with wings of razors, suppress sorcery and curses, with the fierce face of a crocodile, suppress the earth lords, nagas, and evil spirits, with the wrathful water phurba, suppress the male and female Rudras, enemies who harm the Buddha's teachings, obstructing demons and sorcerers who steal the liberation of higher realms, oath-breakers, Rudras, male and female enemies and obstructors, suppress them under the Yama of Karma, may they never rise again! Om Ah Hum Nan! Enemy suppressed in the earth element, water element Be Nan! Fire element Ram Nan! Wind element Yam Nan! Space element Lam Nan! Consciousness element, Bhaya Nan! Maraya Nan Nan!
