目录。 目录。 愿成寿命之权！愿权成悉地！愿悉地成无生！愿无生成智慧！愿成不死智慧之甘露！愿成不变之雍仲！愿成不坏之金刚！愿成不灭之胜幢！愿如法轮旋转般具身之寿！愿如莲花堆叠般具语之寿！愿如珍宝堆积般具功德之寿！愿如挥舞宝剑般具事业之寿！愿如坚固金刚般具心之寿！愿具圆满寿命之权宝之福分！愿此无生之寿坚固！愿此无断之寿坚固！愿此无谬之寿坚固！若有寿损则续之！若有裂缝则补之！若有向上则聚之！若有歪斜则正之！若有衰损则补足之！愿具如不死金刚之寿！愿具如无碍日月之身！愿具如不断金刚之命！愿寿命自然成就，远离生死衰老，持明者得寿命自在，获得殊胜悉地，与莲花生金刚上师同等！愿与寿命之主薄伽梵怙主无量寿佛同等！如是说。此外，应多念诵长寿陀罗尼。此为桑杰林巴之伏藏所出之长寿目录。 第七世康区囊谦昂冈工艺文化显密法增洲古籍修复室整理出版。

If there is a deviation, then correct it! If there is a deficiency, then replenish it! May you have a life like an immortal vajra! May you have a body like the unobstructed sun and moon! May you have a life like an unbroken vajra! May the life span be spontaneously accomplished, free from birth, death, decline, and aging, may the vidyadhara have power over life, attain the supreme accomplishment, and become equal to Guru Padmasambhava! May you become equal to the Lord of Life, the Bhagavan Protector Amitayus! Thus it is said. Furthermore, recite the longevity dharani many times.
