猛修阿则闭关观修。 猛修阿则闭关观修。 猛修阿则念诵时，自身观想为誓言勇识猛厉莲师，其心间，于八面发光之珍宝心中。（经文里说：）于珍宝发光之中心。如是所说，与盔甲和释义中所说一致。黄金菩提佛塔之瓶颈处，金刚手之心间，于日轮之上，智慧勇识班杂黑汝嘎，身蓝色，忿怒相，三眼，牙齿略微龇出，一面二手，右手持金刚杵于心间，左手持铃于腰际。身着八种尸林装束。双足金刚跏趺坐之心间，于等持勇识五股金刚杵之中心，于方便智慧日月嘎乌盒交合之中，红色吽字竖立，其周围，观想为阿则二十字围绕，略微念诵。 嗡啊吽阿则尼则那摩巴嘎瓦得吽吽啪！（藏文）阿吽吽啪！（藏文）这些是。念诵一圈念珠。 之后，咒鬘不转动，观想咒语发出五彩光芒，向右旋转，念诵接近两百圈念珠。 之后，咒鬘缓慢向右旋转，之后越来越快，最终极快旋转，从中发出各种光芒。所有佛菩萨上师本尊空行之众，被光芒照耀，成为无漏之供养，身语意皆大欢喜。所有加持悉地都以光芒之形式汇集融入自身，获得所有殊胜共同之悉地。再次光芒向外照射，照耀六道一切众生，平息各自之痛苦罪障，烦恼习气，所知二障。照耀所有显有世间神鬼八部，忆起往昔誓言，遵照教令。照耀所有损害者，邪魔障碍，游荡鬼魂，平息损害之心，五毒之暴虐。成办所有事业。外器世界宫殿，内情众生全部化为猛厉莲师之身。

When reciting the Fierce Practice of Acik, visualize yourself as the Samaya-sattva Fierce Guru, in whose heart, within the center of an eight-faceted blazing precious jewel heart. The scripture says: "In the very center of the blazing jewel." This is consistent with what is said in the armor and the commentary. On the vase-like neck of the golden Bodhi Stupa, in the heart of Vajrapani, on top of the solar mandala, is the Wisdom-sattva Vajra Heruka, with a blue body, wrathful and fierce, three eyes, slightly bared fangs, one face, two hands, the right hand holding a vajra at the heart, and the left hand holding a bell resting on the hip. Adorned with the eight charnel ground ornaments. In the heart of the one who sits in the vajra posture, in the center of the Samadhi-sattva five-pronged vajra, within the joined container of the skillful means and wisdom sun and moon, is a red HUM (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) standing upright, surrounded by the twenty letters of Acik, visualize and recite slightly. OM AH HUM ACIG NIRTSIG NAMO BHAGAVATE HUM HUM PHAT (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་ཨ་ཙིག་ནིརྩིག་ན་མོ་བྷ་ག་ཝ་ཏེ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ，梵文天城体：ओँ आः हुं अजिग्निऋजिग् नमो भगवते हुं हुं फट्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ ajigniṛjig namo bhagavate hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ，汉语字面意思：嗡啊吽阿则尼则那摩巴嘎瓦得吽吽啪）! AH HUM HUM PHAT (藏文：ཨ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ，梵文天城体：अ हुं हुं फट्，梵文罗马拟音：a huṃ huṃ phaṭ，汉语字面意思：阿吽吽啪）! These are it. Recite one mala of the practice. Then, without turning the mantra rosary, visualize five-colored lights emanating from the mantra, turning to the right, and recite nearly two hundred malas of practice. Then, the mantra rosary slowly turns to the right, then faster and faster, and finally spins very quickly, from which various rays of light emanate. All the Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, Lamas, Yidams, and Dakinis, all the deities, are struck by the light, becoming an unpolluted offering, and their body, speech, and mind are greatly pleased. All blessings and siddhis are gathered in the form of light and dissolve into oneself, obtaining all supreme and common siddhis. Again, the light shines outward, striking all sentient beings of the six realms, pacifying their respective sufferings, sins, obscurations, afflictions, habits, and cognitive obscurations. Striking all the gods, demons, and the eight classes of beings of existence, they remember their past vows and follow the commands. Striking all harm-doers, enemies, obstacles, wandering spirits, pacifying all harmful thoughts and the cruelty of the five poisons. Accomplish all activities. The outer container, the palace, and the inner content, all transform into the body of the Fierce Guru.

Even each ray of light gathers all the power and ability of all of them, and gathers in the form of various rays of light and merges into itself, so that the essence of life, power, merit, wisdom, virtue, and glory all increase. Think that, and recite the mantra three times to practice. Then, from the spinning mantra chain in your heart, the mantra chain emanates from the top of the red Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ) of the heart-essence, and comes out of your mouth. Enter the mouth of the Mother in the manner of offering, pass through the shape of the body, and come out of the secret space. In the preliminary stage, stimulate the lineage of body, speech, and mind, including the armor deities. From the secret place, the mantra chain returns, guided from your own vajra, and merges into your own heart-essence in the manner of accomplishment. Like waving a torch, it spins continuously, and from it emanates light like sparks of fire, expelling and protecting all harmful beings, demons, evil spirits, and ghosts who do not keep their vows and do not obey orders. Think that all the black, malicious side is completely destroyed, burned, and cooked. Apply the seal of non-objectification, generate compassion, and recite the mantra four times, which is the great practice.
