The great kings, white-cloaked, black, yellow, and so on! Sentient beings with mind-made bodies who wander in the sky! Those who have become classes of gyaltsen, damtsi, male and female ghosts and demons! I send this letter to those who interrupt the life-force of the mantra-holder, people, and wealth! From now on, do not harm any people or wealth! Do not frequent doorways or roads! Move elsewhere! If, seeing this letter, you still cause harm! The command of the root of blessing, the Kagyu lamas, is true! And! The command of the root of accomplishment, the yidam deities, is true! And! The command of the root of activity, the Dharma protectors and guardians, is true! And! The command of the deities of myself, Guru Drakpo Pema Tötreng Tsal, is true! And! The command of the deities of the supreme body, Jamyang, is true! And! The command of the supreme speech, the deities of Hayagrīva, is true! And! The command of the deities of the supreme mind, Vajrapani, is true! And! The command of the deities of the five classes of merit-dakinis is true! And! The command of the deities of the activity yaksha, Me Dbal, is true! And! The command of the deities of the emanation, the great garuda blazing, is true! And! The command of the deities of the powerful sinful black messenger, eater, killer, Dharma-protecting oath-bound ocean of beings is true! I, the mantra-holding yogi Rāga Asya, relying on the blessing of mantra, mudra, and samadhi! Those harmful beings who do not act according to the command and do not abide by the oath! Do not remain here, move elsewhere! Expel them from the general existence! Send them away from the three realms! Pluck them out from the depths of samsara! Burn them with the fire of the eon!
