长寿成就秘密集合的朵玛灌顶仪轨。 长寿成就秘密集合的朵玛灌顶仪轨。 有长寿成就秘密集合的朵玛灌顶仪轨。 曼扎。 ཀྱེ༔ 喇嘛金刚持是，坛城一切之主尊，无量寿佛是胜者身，不退转信心皈依您，秘密长寿之坛城中，祈请您接纳我等入，无死金刚之胜妙誓，祈请怙主赐予我等。如是祈请三次。上师言：汝等是谁欲求何事？如何具器之汝等，誓言不违越教令，如法修持汝等乐意否？答言：我等具缘种姓之子，您的教令不违越，如法修持我等乐意，祈请赐予金刚之胜妙长寿。如是祈请并散花。此乃加持根本禅定观想之灌顶，故唯修此观想。弟子各自于誓言之无量寿佛明观之心间，观想一金刚十字杵。其中心之上，下为太阳上为月亮，观想日月嘎乌盒相合。其中观想寿命不改变之字母为绿色。其亦具足五种光芒，具有汇集轮涅之寿命与福德、权势与光辉一切之能力。其右方为寿命不改变之所依字母阿（藏文：ཨཱ，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：ā，汉语字面意思：阿），左方为使寿命稳固之字母吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）蓝色三者安住，从中放射出无量光芒。从长寿宝瓶无量寿佛之宝瓶中，降下无死之甘露，以及父母双运之处降下红白菩提心混合，从梵穴次第充满身体，譬如水囊充满水一般，由此之后，寿命之本体，精华之精华清净之清净一切如饮水般，或如磁石吸铁般，寿命之精华与清净一切悉悉融入于字中，请具足如是观想。之后持朵玛，ཧཱུྃ（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）！世尊怙主无量寿，具有等同虚空之身，身如虚空无尘垢，身色红色光芒耀。

Each student visualizes a golden vajra crossed vajra at the heart of the clearly visualized Amitayus of the vow. Holding the vase of life in hand, the vase filled with the nectar of immortality, the supreme secret mother, dressed in white, in the great bliss of inseparable union, from the secret heart's gau box, the unchanging vajra empowerment of life, is completely bestowed upon the fortunate son. May you receive the empowerment of immortal life! Om Guru Ayurjnana Kaya Abhisinca Om. Vakka Abhisinca Ah. Citta Abhisinca Hum. Sarva Abhisinca Hrih. Thus touching the four places. Again, blazing with radiance and light, rays of light emanate from the pores, shining upwards, downwards, and in all ten directions, gathering all the life essence of samsara and nirvana, and dissolving back into the three syllables. Again, placing it on the crown of the head, because this supreme empowerment of life is bestowed upon you, the fortunate son of the lineage, Om, may you become the master of life! May you become the vajra of empowerment! May you become the indestructible vajra! May you become the unchanging eternal! The essence of the outer five elements dissolves into the body of the yogi, and internally, may you receive the empowerment of the unchanging vajra life, may you receive the vajra empowerment of life without birth and death! Then, close the sun and moon gau box, the four corners of the vajra crossed vajra below stand upright and intersect, and above it, Amitayus, the wisdom hero, full of color, dwells unchanging and eternally. Then, the self blazes with radiance and light, possessing the youthfulness of sixteen years, and be certain that you will attain the immortal life-holding awareness for a hundred years. Thus bestow the empowerment. If bestowing a hundred and some years of life, such as that, hiding life, dissolving, increasing, etc., do it once as in the ritual text. This precious method of prolonging life, for the benefit of the heart disciples, is compiled by Raga Asya. The empowerment ritual is as above, and is sufficient by reciting the ritual text.
