བདག་འཇུག བདག་འཇུག བདག་འཇུག་ལེན་པ་ནི། མོས་པ་རྩེ་གཅིག་ཏུ་ཐལ་མོ་སྦྱར་ཏེ། ཀྱེ། དུས་གསུམ་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀུན་གྱི་ངོ་བོ་ཉིད། །འགྲོ་རྣམས་མ་ལུས་འདྲེན་པའི་དེད་དཔོན་མཆོག །ཨོ་རྒྱན་མགོན་པོ་རིག་འཛིན་ཚེ་དཔག་མེད། །བདག་གི་ལུས་ངག་ཡིད་གསུམ་བྱིན་རློབས་ལ། །འཆི་མེད་རྡོ་རྗེ་ཚེ་ཡི་དངོས་གྲུབ་སྩོལ། །ཅེས་ལན་གསུམ་གསོལ་བ་བཏབ་པས། ཧྲཱི༔ ཚེ་ཡི་ལྷ་མོ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་བུམ་པ་ནས། །བཅུད་རྣམས་དལ་གྱིས་བུམ་པར་སིབ་ཀྱིས་བླུགས། །ཆིལ་གྱིས་བཀང་ནས་རྣལ་འབྱོར་བདག་ཅག་ལ། །སྔགས་སྒྲ་དིར་དིར་དབང་བསྐུར་ཚངས་བུག་ནས། །བདུད་རྩི་བབས་པས་རང་ལུས་ལྟེམ་མེར་གང་། །བུམ་པའི་མཆུ་ནས་དཀར་ན་ར་ར་བབས་པར་བསམ། ཚེ་དཔག་མེད་ཀྱི་མཉམ་བཞག་བུམ་པ་ནས་འཆི་མེད་ཡེ་ཤེས་བདུད་རྩི་བབས་པ་དང་། །ཡབ་ཡུམ་སྙོམས་འཇུག་མཛད་པའི་སྦྱོར་མཚམས་ནས། །བྱང་སེམས་དཀར་དམར་རང་གི་ཚངས་བུག་བབས། །གསང་གནས་ཡན་ཆད་རྐྱལ་པ་ཞོས་བཀང་ལྟར། །གང་ནས་ལུས་ལ་བཀྲག་མདངས་གཟི་བརྗིད་འབར། །སྐྱེ་ཤི་མེད་པ་རྡོ་རྗེའི་སྐུ་ཐོབ་ཤོག །ཨོཾ་བུདྡྷ་ཀཱ་ཡ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨཱ། ཨཱ༔ པདྨ་ཀཱ་ཡ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨཱ༔ ཧཱུྃ་བཛྲ་ཀཱ་ཡ་ ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ། སྭ་རཏྣ་ཀཱ་ཡ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་སྭཿ ཧ་ཀརྨ་ཀཱ་ཡ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱ། སྐབས་འདིར་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་གྱི་དབང་བླང་ཟེར་བའི་དོན་ནོ། །དེ་ལྟར་ཆེ་བསྐུལ་བཀུག་སྐལ་ལྡན་གྱི་ལུས་ལ་བསྟིམ་ཚར་ནས། ད་ནི་ཚེ་སྦ་བ་ནི། དེ་ལྟར་ཚེ་དབང་བསྐུར་བས་ལུས་ཀྱི་ནང་། །བདུད་རྩི་འོ་མ་ལྟ་བུའི་བཅུད་རྣམས་ཀྱིས། །གང་བའི་དྭངས་མ་དྭངས་མའི་ཡང་སྙིང་ཀུན། །སྙིང་གའི་ཉི་ཟླའི་གའུ་ཁ་བྱེ་ནས་་་ཅུང་ཟད། །ཡེ་ཤེས་རླུང་བྱུང་འུབ་འུབ་བསྡུས་ནས་ཀྱང་། །རྡོ་ཁབ་ལེན་གྱིས་ལྕགས་ཕྱེ་བསྡུས་པ་ལྟར། །གཱའུ་ནང་གི་ཡིག་འབྲུ་་་ཨནཱིཧཱུཾ། གསུམ་ལ་ཐིམ། །བཀྲག་མདངས་འོད་ཟེར་གཟི་བརྗིད་འབར་བར་གྱུར། །གུའུ་ཁ་བསྒྲིགས་འོག་གི་རྡོ་རྗེ་ཡི། །རྭ་བཞིས་བསྣོལ་མར་རྒྱས་བཏབ་དེ་སྟེང་དུ། །ཚེ་དཔག་ཡེ་ཤེས་སེམས་དཔའ་ཚོན་གང་བ། །འགྱུར་མེད་ཚེ་ཡི་རྟེན་དུ་བཞུགས་པར་གྱུར། །ཧཱུྃ་ནམ་མཁའི་དབྱིངས་སོགས། ཧཱུྃ་ཏྲ་ཏྲ་ཤག །མུ་ཏྲ་ཧོ། ཏིཥྛ་ལྷན། བརྒྱ་སྟོང་ཅི་མང་བཟླ། ལོ་བརྒྱའི་བར་དུ་འཆི་མེད་ཀྱི་རིག་འཛིན་ཐོབ་པར་བསམ། ཞེས་པ་ཀརྨ་ཨ་རཱ་གས་ཚེ་སྒྲུབ་ལས་བྱང་ནང་དུ་དམིགས་རིམ་ཚིགས་བཅད་དུ་བྲིས་ནས་སེར་གྱིས་མནན་ནས་འདུག་པ་རྣམས་ཕྱོགས་གཅིག་ཏུ་བྲིས་པ་ལགས། ། བདག་འཇུག

入我。 入我。 入我之领受：以虔诚之心合掌，祈请曰： 奇！三世诸佛之本体。 引渡一切众生之殊胜导师。 邬金怙主持明无量寿。 加持我之身语意三门。 赐予不死金刚寿之成就。 如是祈请三次。 舍（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ）！长寿天女之宝瓶中， 精华徐徐注入瓶中。 盈满之后，为瑜伽我等， 咒音嗡嗡，从梵穴灌顶。 甘露降临，自身盈满。 观想宝瓶之口流出白色甘露。 从无量寿佛之等持宝瓶中降下不死智慧甘露。 父母双运之际， 白红菩提心从自身梵穴降临。 直至密处，如泳池注满。 充满之后，身体焕发光彩，光芒四射。 愿获得无生无死之金刚身。 嗡 布达 嘎雅 阿比辛恰 阿（藏文：ཨོཾ་བུདྡྷ་ཀཱ་ཡ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨཱ།，梵文天城体：ओṃ बुद्ध काय अभिषिञ्च आः，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ buddha kāya abhiṣiñca āḥ，汉语字面意思：嗡，佛身，灌顶，啊）。 啊 莲花 嘎雅 阿比辛恰 啊（藏文：ཨཱ༔ པདྨ་ཀཱ་ཡ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨཱ༔，梵文天城体：आः पद्म काय अभिषिञ्च आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ padma kāya abhiṣiñca āḥ，汉语字面意思：啊，莲花身，灌顶，啊）。 吽 班杂 嘎雅 阿比辛恰 吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ་བཛྲ་ཀཱ་ཡ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：हुँ वज्र काय अभिषिञ्च हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ vajra kāya abhiṣiñca hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽，金刚身，灌顶，吽）。 梭 惹那 嘎雅 阿比辛恰 梭哈（藏文：སྭ་རཏྣ་ཀཱ་ཡ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་སྭཿ，梵文天城体：स्व रत्न काय अभिषिञ्च स्वः，梵文罗马拟音：sva ratna kāya abhiṣiñca svaḥ，汉语字面意思：梭，珍宝身，灌顶，梭哈）。 哈 嘎玛 嘎雅 阿比辛恰 哈（藏文：ཧ་ཀརྨ་ཀཱ་ཡ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：ह कर्म काय अभिषिञ्च ह，梵文罗马拟音：ha karma kāya abhiṣiñca ha，汉语字面意思：哈，业身，灌顶，哈）。 此处意为领受禅定之灌顶。 如是，祈请迎请，融入具缘者之身已毕。 如今乃是藏寿：如是，以长寿灌顶，身体之内， 如甘露乳汁般的精华， 充满之精华，精华之精髓。 心间的日月嘎乌盒开启……少许。 智慧风生，呼呼吸入， 如磁铁吸铁粉。 嘎乌盒内的字——阿尼吽（藏文：ཨནཱིཧཱུཾ།），融入其中。 光彩、光芒、光辉闪耀。 嘎乌盒盖紧，下方的金刚， 四角交叉加固，其上， 充满长寿智慧勇识， 安住于不变寿命之所依。 吽，虚空之界等。 吽 扎扎夏（藏文：ཧཱུྃ་ཏྲ་ཏྲ་ཤག，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ tra tra śag）。 穆扎 霍（藏文：མུ་ཏྲ་ཧོ།，梵文罗马拟音：mutra ho）。 迪叉 伦（藏文：ཏིཥྛ་ལྷན།，梵文罗马拟音：tiṣṭha lhan）。 念诵百千遍。 观想获得百年不死持明。 此乃噶玛阿饶嘎于长寿修法仪轨中，将观想次第以偈颂形式书写，并以黄色封存者，汇集于此。 入我。

Having filled it to the brim, for us yogis, The sound of mantras reverberates, empowering from the Brahma aperture, The nectar descends, filling one's own body to the brim. Imagine white nectar descending from the spout of the vase. From the samadhi vase of Amitayus, deathless wisdom nectar descends, From the union of the father and mother in equal measure, White and red bodhicitta descends from one's own Brahma aperture. Filling it up to the secret place, like a pool filled with water, Filling it, the body blazes with radiance, splendor, and glory. May I obtain the vajra body, free from birth and death. Wisdom wind arises, gathering with a whooshing sound, Like a magnet gathering iron filings. The letters within the gau box—A Ni Hum—dissolve into it. Radiance, light, and glory blaze forth. The gau box is closed, and the vajra below, The four corners are crossed and sealed, and upon it, The wisdom hero of Amitayus, complete with color, Dwells as the unchanging support of life. Hung, the realm of space, etc. Hum Tra Tra Shag. Mutra Ho. Tistha Lhan. Recite hundreds and thousands of times. Imagine attaining the deathless vidyadhara for a hundred years.
