三根本名为吉祥祈愿。 三根本名为吉祥祈愿。 三根本与三宝，所有真实成就者，以慈悲之眼垂视此地，祈愿加持令愿望成就。从今直至菩提果，无论我身在何处，愿息灭疾病、饥荒、刀兵战乱，风调雨顺，五谷丰登。凡我所见、所触、所闻、所敬者，愿疾病、邪魔、障碍立即平息，寿命、福德、安乐增长，菩提种子得以播种。与佛法及世俗财物等，所有结缘者，愿障碍平息，证悟增长，迅速获得共同与殊胜成就。凡获得名号文字者，所有亡者，愿脱离中阴的所有怖畏，如箭矢般迅速，往生极乐净土。对于我怀有恶意、盗窃抢夺，辱骂等恶缘者，愿他们不因这些罪过，堕入恶趣。即使此生无有利益之缘分，但当何时机成熟之时，愿我亲自从轮回中，救度他们，安置于佛陀之境地。所有驮畜牲畜，以及被它们践踏的虫类等，愿净除一切业障，往生极乐净土。总之，所有结缘者，从此命终之后，立即往生极乐净土。对于那些没有这种福分的罪人，愿我化身再化身，逐渐地将所有众生，无余地引导至极乐净土。愿我们从此命终之后，立即化生于极乐净土。在那里显现十地功德，以化身引导众生之时，与观世音菩萨无二无别。此乃于嘉洛玛波（红猴年）的初十，吉祥圆满之日，由Ra Ga A Sy所说。愿一切享用吉祥如意的荣耀！康区上部囊谦邦岗工艺文化显密佛法增益洲古籍修复室整理出版。 三根本名为吉祥祈愿。

The Three Roots, a prayer for well-being. The Three Roots, a prayer for well-being. The Three Roots and the Three Jewels, may all who have attained truth, look here with eyes of compassion, and bless the fulfillment of this aspiration. From this day until enlightenment, wherever I go, wherever I stay, may disease, famine, and war be pacified, may rain fall on time, and may there be a good harvest. All who see, touch, hear, and respect me, may their diseases, evil spirits, and obstacles be immediately pacified, may their life, merit, happiness, and joy increase, and may the seeds of enlightenment be sown. All those who are connected through Dharma and worldly possessions, may their obstacles be pacified, their realization increase, and may they quickly attain both common and supreme accomplishments. All deceased who receive names and letters, may they be free from all fears of the bardo, and swiftly, like an arrow, be reborn in the Land of Great Bliss. Even those who harbor malice, steal, rob, or curse me, may they not, due to these misdeeds, be reborn in the lower realms. Even if there is no beneficial connection in this life, whenever the time is ripe, may I personally lead them from samsara and place them in the state of Buddhahood. All pack animals and livestock, and the insects and worms trampled by them, may they purify all karmic obscurations and be reborn in the Land of Great Bliss. In short, may all those who are connected, immediately after passing away from this life, be reborn in the Land of Great Bliss. Even those sinful beings without such fortune, may my emanations emanate again and again, gradually leading all beings, without exception, to the Land of Great Bliss. May we, immediately after passing away from here, be miraculously born in the Land of Great Bliss. Having manifested the ten bhumis there, may we be inseparable from Avalokiteśvara in guiding beings through emanations.
