Grant your blessings! In the vessel of the three thousand worlds, filled with the nectar of self-arising essence, the supreme substance of fulfillment, fulfilling the samaya of the assembled deities, having fulfilled, grant empowerment and accomplishment. Hūṃ! In the mandala of the five chakras, filled with the nectar of bindu blood, this is also the wondrous blood of fulfillment, fulfilling the samaya of the peaceful and wrathful deities, having fulfilled, grant empowerment and accomplishment. In the vast and expansive leather torma plate, establishing the self-illuminating bone ornaments, adorning with the self-appearing flesh hook, radiant and dazzling, clear and bright, sprinkled with blood and serum, the supreme torma of fulfillment, fulfilling the samaya of the peaceful and wrathful deities, having fulfilled, grant empowerment and accomplishment. Hūṃ! In the vast and expansive leather bowl, filled with blood, serum, and butter, establishing the trunk of flesh and bone, kindling the self-illuminating lamp of radiance, this is also the self-arising butter lamp, the supreme great lamp of fulfillment, fulfilling the samaya of the mandala deities, having fulfilled, grant empowerment and accomplishment. Hūṃ! In the secret and supreme mandala of the charnel ground, when gradually traversing the ten bhūmis, all defilements and habitual tendencies are purified there, with the diligence of unimpeded benefit for beings, perfecting the eleven bhūmis all at once, may the irreversible accomplishment be attained there. In the realm of the peaceful deities, where the elements and sense bases are pure, may fulfillment be achieved. In the realm of the wrathful deities, where afflictions and thoughts are transformed into the path, may fulfillment be achieved. There is no offering, offering with the play of non-duality. There is no fulfillment, fulfilling in the state of non-arising. There is no union, uniting in the great union. There is no liberation, liberating in the realm of equality. Fulfilling the samaya with primordial union and primordial liberation. Confessing and purifying the sins and obscurations committed in the three times, purifying body, speech, and mind, etc., I pray for the granting of supreme and common accomplishments. I prostrate to Samantabhadra Vajrasattva, the great and supreme Heruka, the peaceful and wrathful deities of the Buddhas. Oṃ āḥ cchā hūṃ bodhicitta mahāsukha jñāna dhātu āḥ (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཙྪཱཧཱུྃ་བོ་དྷི་ཙིཏྟ་མ་ཧཱ་སུ་ཁ་ཛྙཱ་ན་དྷཱ་ཏུ་ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：ओम् आः च्छा हुम् बोधिचित्त महासुख ज्ञान धातु आः，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ cchā hūṃ bodhicitta mahāsukha jñāna dhātu āḥ，汉语字面意思：嗡啊恰吽菩提心大乐智慧界啊). Oṃ ru lu ru lu hūṃ bhyo hūṃ (藏文：ཨོཾ་རུ་ལུ་རུ་ལུ་ཧཱུྃ་བྷྱོ་ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：ओम् रु लु रु लु हुम् भ्यो हुम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ ru lu ru lu hūṃ bhyo hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡 噜噜噜噜吽 炯吽). Oṃ āḥ hūṃ svāhā (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ，梵文天城体：ओम् आः हुम् स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ svāhā，汉语字面意思：嗡啊吽梭哈).
