༈ 第十三任日斯纳瓦或吉斯纳瓦。 ༈ 第十三任日斯纳瓦或吉斯纳瓦。 ༈ 第十三任日斯纳瓦或吉斯纳瓦，是学富的亲传弟子。出生地在靠近孜曲果莫佐的地方，父亲是仲多嘉瓦益西，母亲叫沃觉，出生于水虎年。在普巴仁波切面前出家，法名叫青年源。听闻了显密的所有法，以及无上部的道果诀窍。一心修行，获得成就。完成了六亿遍六字真言的念诵。做了从扎果来回飞翔等事业。在吉斯纳瓦担任座主，证悟者仁波切的名声传遍四方。七十岁时圆寂。火化时，天龙人和人供奉祭品。出现舍利、右旋海螺等圣物。弟子有扬日巴策哲炯内、索热僧给崩巴、佐莫瓦曲桑、达本曲仁、仁钦西绕、楚扎巴、证悟者玛玉、索嘉瓦等众多。佐莫瓦和楚扎巴等担任座主，之后一部分人去了擦瓦岗，建立了擦瓦邦钦寺。楚臣嘉措建立了日斯纳仲寺等，传承至今，这是关于吉斯纳瓦的内容。 ༈ 第十三任日斯纳瓦或吉斯纳瓦。

༈ The Thirteenth Rigsum Nawa or Kilsnawa. ༈ The Thirteenth Rigsum Nawa or Kilsnawa. ༈ The Thirteenth Rigsum Nawa or Kilsnawa was a direct disciple of Lopon Pukpa. He was born near Tsikyid Komtso, his father was Dron Dok Gyalwa Yeshe and his mother was called Wocho, in the Water Tiger year. He was ordained in front of Pukpa Rinpoche, and his Dharma name was Zhonnu Jungne. He heard all the Dharma teachings of Sutra and Tantra, and the complete instructions on the path and fruition of the Unsurpassed Yoga Tantra. He attained accomplishment by practicing with one-pointedness. He completed six hundred million recitations of the six-syllable mantra. He performed activities such as flying back and forth from Drakgo. He maintained the seat at Kilsna itself, and the fame of the name "Realized One Rinpoche" spread in all directions. He passed away at the age of seventy. When he was cremated, gods, nagas, and humans offered worship. Relics such as relics and right-spiraling conch shells appeared. Among his many disciples were Yangripa Tsondru Jungne, Sorak Senge Bumpa, Dzomowa Chosang, Takben Chorin, Rinchen Sherab, Tsultrakpa, Realized One Maryu, and Sod Gyalwa. Dzomowa and Tsultrakpa and others served as abbots, and later a group went to Tsawa Gang and established Tsawa Bangchen Monastery.
