拙火明灯。 拙火明灯。 从金刚持大士以下，纳若传承具加持，我的上师仁波切们，您的恩德不可思议，然而顶戴于头顶，再再于心中禅修，心意融为一体之主，向上师们敬礼。 甚深密咒之词义，再再于口中念诵，对自己有利益之事，生起利益他人之想，因此书写成文字。 身心二者之实相，二道修持而行之，四要点之缘起具足，以及四具风之结合，寂猛风之差别等，入于中脉（藏文：ཨ་བ་དྷུ་ཏི，梵文天城体：अवधूत，梵文罗马拟音：avadhūta，汉语字面意思：中脉），暂时究竟生果。 之后忏悔回向与，祈愿祝吉祥，善说甚稀奇，愿与具缘者相遇，众生皆能受用，定能生起胜共悉地，五身一体金刚持，果为获得佛陀位。 为了阐明上师仁波切之殊胜拙火之义，由谛师惹巴所著，名为明灯。

Tummo Lamp of Clarity. Tummo Lamp of Clarity. From the great Vajradhara downwards, the Naropa lineage is blessed. My precious gurus, your kindness is inconceivable, yet I revere you at the crown of my head, again and again I meditate on you in the center of my heart. Lords whose minds and hearts are blended as one, to the gurus I prostrate. The words and meanings of the profound secret mantra, repeatedly spoken in the mouth, that which has benefited oneself, gives rise to the thought of benefiting others, therefore it is written in letters. The reality of the two, body and mind, the two paths should be practiced. When the four key points are connected, and with the fourfold union of winds, the distinctions of peaceful and wrathful winds, enter the central channel (Tibetan: ཨ་བ་དྷུ་ཏི，Sanskrit Devanagari: अवधूत，Sanskrit Romanization: avadhūta, Literal Chinese meaning: central channel), temporarily and ultimately producing fruit. Afterwards, repentance, dedication, and aspiration, prayers are made and auspiciousness is spoken. It is wonderfully said, how amazing! May I meet with those who have fortune. May all sentient beings enjoy it. Definitely, supreme and common siddhis will arise. The five kayas as one, Vajradhara, the result is the attainment of Buddhahood.
