六中阴的根本偈 六中阴的根本偈 六中阴的根本偈 祈愿吉祥！ 唉玛！当我生处中阴显现之时， 莫虚度此生，断除懒惰， 不离闻思修，趋入正道。 令显现与心识转为道用，证得三身。 难得一次人身的此时， 不是散乱，而是安住于道的时机。 唉玛！当我梦中中阴显现之时， 断除愚痴如尸而卧的放逸， 于无念无散的自性中安住。 于梦中取受，修持幻化光明。 莫如旁生般睡眠！ 要重睡眠与醒觉相融之修持。 唉玛！当我禅定中阴显现之时， 断除散乱迷乱之诸分别， 于无散无执离边之自性中安住。 于生圆二次第获得稳固。 断除诸事，于一心禅修之时， 莫为烦恼迷乱所转！ 唉玛！当我临终中阴显现之时， 断除对一切的贪执与实执， 莫离明晰之窍诀而安住。 自明融入无生虚空之中。 即将与血肉之身分离， 了知无常如幻。 唉玛！当我法性中阴显现之时， 断除对一切的惊恐畏惧， 于任何显现，皆令自显之觉性认识自性。 了知是中阴之显现。 值此重大关头， 莫惧自显寂怒诸尊！ 唉玛！当我转世中阴显现之时， 一心专注于善愿， 以殷重之心相续善业。 关闭胎门，忆念回遮。 此乃需具清净观之时！ 断除嫉妒，观想上师父母。 莫作毫无意义的长远打算，以为死亡不会降临！ 若仍忙碌于无意义之今生琐事， 则今次空耗生命，实乃大错特错！ 务必了知，最重要的是殊胜佛法！ 为何现在还不修持佛法？ 诸大成就者曾如是说： 若不将上师之教言铭记于心， 岂非自欺欺人？ 如是说。中阴闻解脱之根本，直至轮回未空之际亦不穷尽！ 善哉！ 六中阴的根本偈

Root Verses of the Six Bardos Root Verses of the Six Bardos Root Verses of the Six Bardos, may it be auspicious! Alas! When the Bardo of the Birthplace dawns upon me, Having no time to waste in life, abandoning laziness, Without straying from hearing, contemplation, and meditation, I enter the path. Transforming appearances and mind into the path, may I realize the three kayas. At this time when a human body is obtained once, It is not a time to be distracted, but a time to abide on the path. Alas! When the Bardo of Dreams dawns upon me, Having abandoned the heedlessness of lying down like a corpse in delusion, I rest in the natural state of non-remembering and non-distraction. Seizing dreams, I train in transformation and clear light. May I not sleep like an animal! The practice of mingling sleep and waking is essential. Alas! When the Bardo of Meditation dawns upon me, Having abandoned all the gatherings of distraction and confusion, I rest in the natural state of non-distraction, non-grasping, and free from extremes. May I gain stability in the two stages of generation and completion. Having abandoned activities, at this time of single-pointed meditation, May I not be swayed by the confusion of afflictions! Alas! When the Bardo of Dying dawns upon me, Having abandoned attachment and clinging to everything, Without straying, I rest in the clear state of the instructions. May my own awareness transfer into the expanse of unborn space. Being on the verge of separating from this composite body of flesh and blood, May I realize that it is impermanent and illusory. Alas! When the Bardo of Dharmata dawns upon me, Having abandoned all fear and terror, Whatever arises, may I introduce the self-appearing awareness to recognize its own nature. May I realize that it is the appearance of the Bardo. At this time when the great matter comes to a head, May I not fear the gatherings of peaceful and wrathful deities that appear as my own projections! Alas! When the Bardo of Becoming dawns upon me, Having held the single-pointed aspiration in my mind, I earnestly continue the momentum of virtuous actions. Closing the womb entrance, may I remember reversal. This is a time when pure vision is needed! Having abandoned jealousy, I meditate on the Guru, Father, and Mother. Without the long-term thought that death will not come, If I continue to accomplish meaningless activities of this life, Then this time, if I return empty-handed, it will be a great mistake! It is essential to know that the most important thing is the sacred Dharma! Why do you not practice the Dharma right now? The great accomplished ones have said: If you do not keep the Guru's instructions in your heart, Will you not inevitably deceive yourself? Thus it is said. The root of the Bardo Hearing Liberation will not be exhausted until samsara is empty! May it be virtuous! Root Verses of the Six Bardos
