One reviews the base of infinite space, one reviews the base of infinite consciousness, one reviews the base of nothingness, one reviews the base of neither perception nor non-perception, one reviews the divine eye, one reviews the divine ear-element, psychic... He reviews the two kinds of knowledge, the knowledge of others' minds, etc., the knowledge of past lives, etc., the knowledge of beings' destinies according to their karma, etc., he reviews the knowledge of future events, the non-sensuous aggregates as impermanent, etc., sorrow arises. (2) A non-sensual sphere phenomenon is a condition by immediate contiguity condition for a non-sensual sphere phenomenon – Earlier, earlier non-sensual sphere aggregates are a condition by immediate contiguity condition for later, later non-sensual sphere aggregates; the path for the fruit, the fruit for the fruit, emerging from cessation, the sphere of neither perception nor non-perception for the attainment of fruition is a condition by immediate contiguity condition. A sensual sphere phenomenon is a condition by decisive support condition for a non-sensual sphere phenomenon – immediate decisive support, natural decisive support… and so on…. Natural decisive support – Relying on sensual sphere faith, one generates non-sensual sphere jhāna, the path… and so on… supernormal knowledge… and so on… one generates attainment; sensual sphere morality… and so on… lodging relying on it, one generates non-sensuous realm jhana, path... special knowledge... attainment. Sensuous realm faith... dwelling place is a condition by way of decisive support for non-sensuous realm faith... wisdom... for the path, for the attainment of fruition. The preparatory work for the first jhana is a condition by way of decisive support for the first jhana... for the fourth jhana... for the sphere of infinite space... for the first path... the preparatory work for the fourth path is a condition by way of decisive support for the fourth path. (2) 214. Non-sensuous realm phenomenon is a condition for non-sensuous realm phenomenon by way of decisive support – object decisive support, immediate decisive support, natural decisive support... Natural decisive support – relying on non-sensuous realm faith, one generates jhana, path... special knowledge... attainment. Relying on non-sensuous realm morality... wisdom, one generates non-sensuous realm jhana... path... special knowledge... attainment. Non-sensuous realm faith... wisdom is a condition by way of decisive support for non-sensuous realm faith... wisdom, for the path, for the attainment of fruition. The first jhana is a condition by way of decisive support for the second jhana... the third jhana... the fourth jhana... the sphere of infinite space for the sphere of infinite consciousness... the sphere of nothingness for the sphere of neither perception nor non-perception is a condition by way of decisive support. The first path is a condition by way of decisive support for the second path... the second path for the third path... the third path for the fourth path. The path is a condition by way of decisive support for the attainment of fruition.
