Unrooted, unrooted aggregates for the knowledge of psychic powers, for the knowledge of mind-penetration, for the knowledge of recollection of past lives, for the knowledge of future events. (of) it, by object condition, it conditions; non-causal non-root aggregates having arisen, non-causal root aggregates arise. (2) Predominance Condition 178. Non-causal root phenomenon conditions non-causal root phenomenon by predominance condition – object predominance, co-arisen predominance. Object predominance – Having given a gift, having undertaken morality, having performed Uposatha action, making that weighty, one reflects; making previously well-practiced things weighty, one reflects; jhana…etc… Noble ones, having emerged from the path, making the path weighty, they reflect; making the fruit weighty, they reflect. Making non-causal root aggregates weighty, one delights in them, rejoices in them; making that weighty, lust arises, wrong view arises. Co-arisen predominance – Non-causal root predominance conditions the associated aggregates by predominance condition. (1) Non-causal root phenomenon conditions non-causal non-root phenomenon by predominance condition. Co-arisen predominance – Non-causal root predominance conditions mind-originated material forms by predominance condition. (2) Non-causal root phenomenon conditions non-causal root phenomenon and non-causal non-root phenomenon by predominance condition. Co-arisen predominance – Non-causal root predominance conditions the associated aggregates and mind-originated material forms by predominance condition. (3) Non-causal non-root phenomenon conditions non-causal root phenomenon by predominance condition. Object predominance – Noble ones, making Nibbāna weighty, reflect; Nibbāna conditions the change-of-lineage, the purification, the path, the fruit by predominance condition; the eye…etc… the base… Making non-causal non-root aggregates weighty, one delights in them, rejoices in them; making that weighty, lust arises, wrong view arises. (1) Contiguity Condition 179. (and so on)... the tangible object is a condition for body-consciousness by way of pre-arisen condition. Base pre-arisen – the eye-base for eye-consciousness... (and so on)... the body-base for body-consciousness... the base is a condition for the rootless, causeless aggregates by way of pre-arisen condition. (1) A rootless, causeless phenomenon is a condition for a rootless, with-root phenomenon by way of pre-arisen condition – object pre-arisen, base pre-arisen. Object pre-arisen – the eye... (and so on)... the base as impermanent... (and so on)... displeasure arises, when wholesome and unwholesome (states) have ceased, rootless, with-root resultant (consciousness) as apperception arises; with the divine eye one sees forms, with the divine ear-element one hears sounds. Base pre-arisen – the base is a condition for the rootless, with-root aggregates by way of pre-arisen condition. (2) Post-arisen condition 184. A rootless, with-root phenomenon is a condition for a rootless, causeless phenomenon by way of post-arisen condition – the post-arisen rootless, with-root aggregates are a condition for this pre-arisen body by way of post-arisen condition. (1) A rootless, causeless phenomenon is a condition for a rootless, causeless phenomenon by way of post-arisen condition – the post-arisen rootless, causeless aggregates are a condition for this pre-arisen body by way of post-arisen condition. A rootless, with-root phenomenon is a condition for a rootless, with-root phenomenon by way of repetition condition – earlier and earlier rootless, with-root aggregates are a condition for later and later rootless, with-root aggregates by way of repetition condition... adaptation for change-of-lineage... adaptation for purification... change-of-lineage for the path... purification for the path by way of repetition condition. (1) A rootless, causeless phenomenon is a condition for a rootless, causeless phenomenon by way of repetition condition... Earlier, earlier rootless, unconditioned aggregates are a condition for later, later rootless, unconditioned aggregates by way of repetition condition. Kamma Condition 186. Rootless, rooted phenomena are a condition for rootless, rooted phenomena by way of kamma condition. Conascent, Moment-to-moment. Conascent: Rootless, rooted volition is a condition for the associated aggregates by way of kamma condition; at the moment of rebirth-linking... etc. Moment-to-moment: Rootless, rooted volition is a condition for the resultant rootless, rooted aggregates by way of kamma condition. Rootless, rooted phenomena are a condition for rootless, unconditioned phenomena by way of kamma condition.
