Having made it feeling that is neither painful nor pleasant, in feeling that is neither painful nor pleasant, should it not be said: "Feeling" or "no feeling"? It should not be said thus... (etc.) The discussion on the sphere of neither perception nor non-perception is concluded. The Third Chapter. Its summary: Power, common, noble, the mind with passion is liberated; Liberated, being liberated, there is a mind being liberated. For the eighth person, the uprising of views is abandoned; For the eighth person, there are no five faculties, the eye. Ear, supported by Dhamma, knowledge according to karma; Restraint among devas, perception among non-percipient beings, just so, the peak of existence.
