"What were your ten perfections, O wise one, world's leader? How were the minor perfections fulfilled? How were the supreme perfections?" 78. Questioned by him, he explained, with a voice sweet as a karavīka bird; Extinguishing the heart's fires, delighting gods and men. 79. That which was taught by past Buddhas, Conquerors, that which was played out, passed down through the Buddha lineage; With the wisdom that follows past abodes, he revealed the welfare of the world, including gods. 80. "Generating joy and delight, dispelling the dart of sorrow; The attainment of all good fortune, pay attention and listen to me. 81.
