Indeed, monks, a woman endowed with these four qualities has entered upon the path to victory in the next world, the next world is achieved for her. Her work well-arranged, her household well-managed; she acts pleasing to her husband, she protects what is gathered. Endowed with faith and virtue, generous, free from stinginess; she always purifies the path, for well-being in the future. Thus, these eight qualities, in whatever woman they are found; her they call virtuous, righteous and truthful.
