11. The Section on Lust 623. “For the direct knowledge of lust, monks, seven qualities should be developed. Which seven? The enlightenment factor of mindfulness… …the enlightenment factor of equanimity. For the direct knowledge of lust, monks, these seven qualities should be developed.” 624. “For the direct knowledge of lust, monks, seven qualities should be developed. Which seven? Perception of impermanence, perception of non-self, perception of foulness, perception of danger, perception of abandoning, perception of dispassion, perception of cessation. For the direct knowledge of lust, monks, these seven qualities should be developed.” 625. “For the direct knowledge of lust, monks, seven qualities should be developed. Which seven? Perception of foulness, perception of death, perception of repulsion in food, perception of non-delight in the whole world, perception of impermanence, perception of suffering in impermanence, perception of non-self in suffering.
