Nitartha 数字图书馆 藏文 目录 分类 搜索选项 上一页 虚空开显精要 下一页 虚空开显精要 虚空开显精要。殊胜深奥之灌顶口诀乃：以四种稳固之法立于口诀之上。无有改造错谬，认知自性。如是说。首先，身体之稳固法：起立，双足并拢。双手伸直，合掌。语言之稳固法：上下气结合并保持。心之稳固法：于自身头顶一箭之高的虚空中，观想玛吉拉准之灯，身色洁白。头发披散于背。右手摇动手鼓，左手摇动铃铛。于其周围，观想以释迦牟尼佛为首之诸佛菩萨，以及传承上师围绕。观想自身如竹筒般，从头顶至秘密处空空荡荡。自身之识，不摇不动，记忆清晰，此识如红鸟之卵大小，位于双足足底。清晰而明亮，洁白而闪耀，圆润而光滑，不可压迫，跳动而有活力。之后，向头顶之玛吉拉准之灯，以及诸佛菩萨，无有吝啬地献上身与受用，祈请赐予灌顶与加持。如是祈祷。又，于自身脐轮处，于具足千瓣莲花之中央。观想玛吉拉准之灯，身色各异。右手持手鼓并发出声音，左手摇动铃铛。以六种骨饰庄严。对此生起虔诚恭敬之心。莲花座向右旋转，玛吉亦向右旋转。从中发出各种光芒，充满身体内部，疾病、邪魔、罪障皆清净。玛吉发出手鼓之声、颅骨之声，以及“呜噜噜”之声。对位于足底之识说：善男子，上来吧，安乐地来吧，好好地来吧。我将赐予无上菩提。

The uncommon profound empowerment instruction is: Establish the instruction with the four stabilities. Without fabrication or error, recognize awareness. Thus it is said. First, the stability of the body is: Stand up straight, with the two feet together. Extend the two hands straight and join the palms. The stability of speech is: Join and hold the upper and lower winds. The stability of mind is: In the sky about an arrow's length above one's crown, visualize Machik Labdrön, her body white in color. Her hair hangs loosely down her back. In her right hand she plays a ḍāmaru, and in her left she rings a bell. Visualize all the buddhas and bodhisattvas, headed by Buddha Śākyamuni, surrounding her, as well as the lineage lamas. Visualize your own body as being like a bamboo tube, empty and hollow from the crown of your head down to your secret place. Your own consciousness, unmoving and unwavering, your memory sharp, this consciousness is the size of a red bird's egg at the soles of your feet. Clear and bright, white and radiant, smooth and round, uncrushable, throbbing and vibrant. Then, to Machik Labdrön at your crown, and to all the buddhas and bodhisattvas, offer your body and possessions without attachment, and pray that they grant you empowerment and blessings. Pray thus. Again, at your navel center, in the middle of a lotus with a thousand petals. Visualize Machik Labdrön, her body of various colors. In her right hand she holds a ḍāmaru with sound, and in her left she shakes a bell. Adorned with the six bone ornaments. Generate devotion and respect for her. The lotus seat rotates to the right, and Machik also rotates to the right. From this, various rays of light emanate, filling the inside of your body with light, and all diseases, evil spirits, and obscurations are purified. Machik also makes the sound of the ḍāmaru, the sound of the skull cup, and the sound "uru ru ru". To the consciousness at the soles of your feet, she says: Son of good family, come up here, come in bliss, come well. I will give you unsurpassed enlightenment.

应当安置于此。观想如是说后，上师念诵偈颂并奏响乐器之声。之后观想玛吉化为光芒消失。同样地，于心间千瓣莲花之上，玛吉拉准母身色蓝色，发出蓝色光芒，净化者与种姓之子等念诵之语与前相同。于喉间红色莲花之上，观想光芒放射，于头顶梵穴之上为白色。之后观想玛吉之头顶位于一箭之遥的虚空之中。种姓之子向上来！安乐地来！善好地来！我将安置于无上菩提之中。如是念诵作想。彼之识从细微处生起，经由双腿之大脉，于脐间有光之利利住留，亦如前述念诵。向上牵引至心间，之后至喉间，之后至梵穴之上，之后从顶门而出，与玛吉之心间相融，玛吉化为光芒，向上于虚空中消逝，虚空如何广大，觉性亦如何广大，观想法界与觉性相融。此亦出自《广大母续》中，有称为“顶髻完全观视”之三摩地。有称为“虚空完全充满”之三摩地。有称为“虚空完全遍布”之三摩地。如是所说之义亦是如此。又玛吉拉准母之口中说：“紧则紧，松则松。觉性之安住处唯一即在此。究竟之佛陀亦在此。”此之意义亦是，身体放松，语放缓气息，心明空无执，安住于无造作之状态中。如是介绍。之后于头顶，白色玛吉以此瓶灌顶加持于身，净化者净化身体之业障。同样地，于喉间秘密灌顶，加持于语，净化者净化语之业障。等等混合。于彼之状态中观修明空无执。因此若作简略，则说玛吉四者皆作白色。五种智慧之灌顶与，荟供加持与嬉戏，以及后续之仪轨等，应当于其他处了知。此不共之口诀灌顶应当保密。虚空开显圆满。
