Homage to the Guru, Great Mother, Dakini! I prostrate and praise with reverence through the three doors. For the sake of beings attaining liberation, I speak here of the offering of the body. The consciousness abiding in its natural state, in the form of the letter Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) of dark blue color, emerges from the Brahma aperture at the crown of the head. Through transformation, it becomes the Wrathful Black Mother. One face, two arms, with a smiling face, bared fangs, and a rolled tongue. The right eye is like the red sun, the left eye is like the white moon, and in the middle eye, the sun, moon, and stars swirl like red and black sparks. The hair stands on end like flames. A black pig face appears at the crown of the head. With a roaring sound, she subdues all three realms. Red eyebrows blaze like fire. She is adorned with five dry human heads as a crown, and a necklace of fifty-one fresh human heads. The right foot is placed on the left thigh, with the heel pressed against the bhaga. The waist is graceful, the breasts are full, possessing the youth of a sixteen-year-old girl. The right hand holds a khaṭvāṅga, the left foot extends downward in a dancing posture, pressing down the four gates of hell. The head reaches the abode of the thirty-three gods, the upper body pervades the sky, subduing all the realms of the gods. The lower body pervades the earth, subduing all the realms of the nāgas. The waist shakes the vajra, pervading the space, subduing all the arrogant beings, gods, demons, and spirits of existence. The body is covered with drops of blood, traces of grease, heaps of ashes, a cloak of human skin, the wet skin of an elephant, and a tiger skin as a skirt, adorned with bones and six kinds of precious jewels. The right hand waves a fresh human skin cloak, dripping with red blood, shaking it and planting it on the ground, subduing the three realms. The left hand blows a flute made of a human leg bone, overpowering the three realms with its power.
