Om Svasti! Buddhas of all times and directions, with skillful means, in order to eliminate the poverty of beings, the embodiment of many jewels, the lord of treasures, this practice and offering of the Precious Garland of Four Tantras is made clear. The practice of King Vaishravana has six parts: the order of arrangement, the generation of the Samaya being, inviting and absorbing it, offering worship, making prayers and requests, and entrusting activities while practicing. First, on an auspicious ground, a lotus with eight petals and doors, adorned with jewels, in the center, a torma Mount Meru with three levels, a round heap of precious jewels blazing, the sun and moon, the eight auspicious symbols, the seven royal emblems, Maheshvara, a bird, grains and medicines, the three whites, and the three sweets are arranged. Offer medicine and burn incense. and various hand implements such as trees and ears of grain, imagine him as being full-bodied, with a bulging belly, and residing in a manner that bestows accomplishments. Oṃ Vajra Samaya Jā Jā (藏文：ༀ་བཛྲ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཛ་ཛཿ，梵文天城体：ॐ वज्र समय जा जा，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra samaya jā jā，汉语字面意思：Om, Vajra, Samaya, Come! Come!). The third is to burn incense, blow conches, strike cymbals and temple drums, and sing sweetly as follows: Hūṃ! The fourth is, what I offer to you is, beautiful forms and pleasant sounds, fragrant scents and sweet tastes, comfortable and soft various tactile sensations, a torma like Mount Meru, and accumulated various samaya substances, various jewels and various grains, the eight auspicious symbols and the five desirable qualities, the seven royal treasures and a vase of precious treasures, the sixteen inner and outer goddesses, banners, parasols, streamers, victory banners, various musical instruments, horses and buffaloes and beautiful birds, priceless treasures and wealth, and Kantakari, Sengtrom, Sletres, crocodile claws, free hands, etc., the white three substances, an ocean of milk, the sweet three substances, a tree of medicine, and this offering endowed with the five desirable qualities, I offer to the glorious great king Vaiśravaṇa, together with the eight great yakshas, the retinue of powerful nāgas, and the yaksha retinue, please accept it in order to bestow accomplishments, please fulfill your vows. The fifth is, after fulfilling your vows, we yogi practitioners, from now until enlightenment, in all lifetimes, may we be endowed with merit and wisdom.

May auspiciousness prevail. May fame and renown spread far and wide, may all beings aspire, and may all wishes be fulfilled as desired. May all beings rejoice greatly, may all beings be respectful and aspire, may they exercise power in accordance with their minds, and may fame and renown spread. As for those who obstruct the path to enlightenment, whether they are humans or non-humans, may they be utterly destroyed by fierce actions, driven away and kept far away, and may their power and strength be repeatedly seized, may they all be reduced to dust. Protector, your samaya has come due, Samaya! The samaya of the eight yakshas has come due, Samaya! The samaya of the assembly of powerful nagas has come due, Samaya! Strive for accomplishment of siddhis right now, the samaya has come due, Samaya! Please accomplish the entrusted activities! The samaya has come due, Samaya! Sixth, just by reciting one's own mantra, radiate light. Visualize bestowing the siddhis of food, wealth, and dharma, the three, to King Vaishravana and his retinue. Om Vaishravanaya Svaha. Ratna Siddhi Hum Hum. Recite, practice, and arrange cushions as appropriate. Lord of messengers, great King Vaishravana, and all the retinue of yaksha wealth deities. Please accept this vast offering of the torma of worship and generosity, dispel all adverse conditions and obstacles, increase favorable conditions and virtues, and may all aspirations be accomplished in accordance with the Dharma. Thus, pray for the desired things. In the meantime, perform fulfillment, tsog, and fire puja as appropriate. By the merit gathered from this torma practice and offering of the Four Precious Strands, which is the source of all desires, may the poverty and suffering of beings be completely eliminated, and may they attain wealth and unsurpassed enlightenment. May adverse conditions be eradicated, obstacles be pacified, and may favorable conditions, wealth, fame, and good fortune increase. May the wisdom of hearing and retention, and great wisdom, increase, and may ultimate, unsurpassed enlightenment be attained. May this torma practice and offering of the Four Precious Strands, the source of all desires, benefit all sentient beings!
