In this degenerate time of evil, I was born, Controlled by ignorance, afflictions, and carelessness, One who has broken vows and contradicted your mind, Please forgive the Vajra Vow Holder Mother. Hūṃ! Māmo Realm Sovereign Vajra Consort, In order to destroy wrong thoughts, she shows the form of the Mother, With a crown of wrathful laughter and long hair, The nature of the body, speech, and mind with qualities, Those who are deluded by ignorance and falsely slander, Please forgive the Great Compassionate One. Hūṃ! Increasing the teachings of the Sugata Buddhas, All adorned with terrifying ornaments, Dwelling in the charnel ground with a donkey as a foot support, With small bell garlands as body ornaments. Secret vows of the sons, With the hands of sentient beings increasing the five poisons, Since the things to be matured and accomplished have not been accomplished, Please forgive Mācīk's flaming body. Hūṃ! Ḍāka Vajra Vow Constant Companion, In the secret vow, from the vow of the body, The conduct of the body was not truly understood, All those who are eaten by laziness and double-mindedness, The practice of meditation and accomplishment was not properly protected, The compassionate mind has turned to negligence, Please forgive the body of the Queen of the Three Realms... Hūṃ! Mācīk Sugata, the glorious mother of the five families, The mother who gives birth to all the Buddhas of the three times, As it should be, all sentient beings are gathered, The body of Mācīk's emanation... Hūṃ! Yogis, lineage holders, we who have gathered here, In the common and special increasing vows, Although the Mācīk vow has not been abandoned, However, it has not been integrated into the space, the power is weak, and the habits are shallow, Please forgive the body of Mācīk Protector Mother... 于诸方境中，未备清净之圣物，未陈设供养，以吝啬心，微少之供品，镇伏威猛之身。吽。玛吉身色、手印等，未如实通达其义，为圣者之悲心所动摇者，调伏魔军之身。吽。一切怖畏之相，忿怒欢笑炽燃之面容，具足庄严，身着湿皮裙，调伏恶毒之众，以蛇束颈。如子般恒常于誓言，懒惰懈怠、闲聊等，凡有违越您意者，祈请玛吉以慈悲之自性，清净一切。吽。瑜伽母之持守誓言者，如子般守护一切，无论生起何种嗔恨恶毒之敌魔，祈请玛吉以悲心特别遣除，以猛烈、寂静、增益、怀爱与事业，圆满成办一切事业。吽。于具足慈爱之金刚母，如此忏悔祈请是适宜的，未以烦恼灰烬之心忏悔，而以利他菩提心忏悔，凡有违越您意者，祈请宽恕。愿所愿如意成就。吽。金刚事业之姊妹，骑驴者，虽本初即安住于自性清净之身，为清净瑜伽士我等之心之习气，祈请欲界守护之主母您宽恕。以强烈之痛苦，倾泻心中之力，以强烈之哭声，洒落泪水，瑜伽士尽诉所有之过失，向欲界天女您倾诉祈求。bhyaḥ（咒语）。从九重颅骨所成之有顶宫殿中，具德天女请聆听并垂听。虽自身具有明觉之智慧传承，然暂起之邪念极其强烈，祈请宽恕违越母意之处。虽死主本初即是您的化身，然因嫉妒所为，祈请宽恕。虽黑风本初即是天女之化现，然以邪恶之心看待，未生信心，祈请宽恕。虽驴子本初即是天女之坐骑，然未依仗而殴打，祈请宽恕。虽荨麻本初即是天女之友伴，然以邪恶之心看待

In all the realms, without pure sacred substances, without arranging offerings, with a stingy mind, with meager offerings, subdue the powerful body. Hūṃ. Mācik's body color, hand gestures, and seals, without truly understanding their meaning, those who are distracted by the compassion of the noble ones, the body of the queen who subdues demons. Hūṃ. The appearance of all fears, the face of wrathful laughter and blazing, possessing beautiful ornaments, wearing a wet leather skirt, subduing the assembly of the wicked, with snakes binding the neck. As a child, constantly from the vows, laziness, gossip, and idle talk, whatever is contrary to your mind, may Mācik, with the nature of loving-kindness, purify everything with compassion. Hūṃ. Those who hold the vows of the yogini, protecting everything as a child, whatever hatred and wickedness arise from enemies and obstacles, may Mācik, with compassion, especially dispel them, and with fierce, peaceful, increasing, and powerful actions, completely accomplish all activities. Hūṃ. To the Vajra Dzongmo who possesses loving-kindness, it is appropriate to confess and pray in this way, not confessing with a mind of defiled ashes, but confessing with the mind of benefiting beings and bodhicitta, whatever is contrary to your mind, please forgive. May wishes and aspirations be fulfilled as desired. Hūṃ. Sister of Vajra activity, riding a donkey, although from the beginning residing in the naturally pure body, in order to purify the habitual tendencies of the minds of yogis like myself, please forgive you, the chief of the protectors of the desire realm. With intense suffering, pouring out the strength of the mind, with intense cries, shedding tears, the yogi confesses all faults, and pleads to you, goddess of the desire realm. Bhyaḥ. From the palace of existence made of nine stacked skulls, glorious goddess, please listen and consider. Although one possesses the lineage of awareness and wisdom, temporary wrong thoughts are extremely abundant, please forgive what is contrary to the mother's mind. Although the Lord of Death is originally your emanation, please forgive what was done out of jealousy. Although the black wind is originally an emanation of the goddess, please forgive the lack of faith in seeing it wrongly. Although Agarwa was originally the enemy of the goddess, he was not expelled but relied upon. We have been controlled by stinginess from the beginning, so the offering assemblies and tormas are poor, please forgive. Because we are controlled by laziness and indolence, the offerings have passed year after year, please forgive. Please forgive the neglect of the torma offerings. Because of cowardice, the secret instructions cannot be kept, and the profound mind is violated, please forgive. O! Please listen, all the assemblies of profound secret mantras. Mother and Dakini, and oath-bound protectors, please all listen to my request. Vajra masters and oath-bound siblings, please listen to my request according to the oath. From beginningless time, regarding the great equality of the nature of reality, Because of ignorance, I have not realized it as it is, and following the habits of mundane thoughts, I have accumulated various kinds of ripening results that are not in accordance with the Dharma. Loving protector, whatever is contrary to your compassionate mind, I pray to the assembly of victorious ones, the ocean of conquerors, please forgive and grant purification. Due to laziness, I am negligent in meditation and practice, and I have not properly visualized the deity mandala, Whatever is contrary to the mind of the secret mantra deities, I pray to the peaceful and wrathful deity assembly to forgive. Grant me the accomplishments of body, speech, and mind. Because the samaya substances are incomplete, and the goddess has not been attained, and the queen of space has not been properly relied upon, I pray for the pacification of the self-arisen queen. I pray for the lord of the desire realm. Due to stinginess, I have violated the mind of the teacher, and I have not acted according to the Dharma, and I have been controlled by grasping and clinging, Whatever is contrary to the mind of the Vajra master, I pray for forgiveness from the body of great activity. Due to hatred, I have generated thoughts of harming others, and I have violated the Vajra siblings due to afflictions, Towards the siblings and sisters, and the oath-holders, I have committed actions of transgression due to being controlled by ignorance, I pray for forgiveness from the irreversible oath-holders.
