Mistress of the charnel ground, fierce and terrifying form, dwells in the turbulent waves of the great ocean. Mistress of swift passage, possessing the power to topple Mount Meru. Widely known and formidable one, fulfill the oath. Samantabhadri's oath is fulfilled. Vajra Pradyota's oath is fulfilled. Supreme Wisdom's oath is fulfilled. Vajra Light Cluster, Vajra Clarity, Vajra Turquoise Lamp. Hūṃ! The outer layer is surrounded by a burning iron fence, the outer circle consists of twenty-eight powerful ones, and the outer layer is protected by twelve steadfast mothers, etc. Fulfill the oath of three hundred outer mother sisters. Hūṃ! Substances for fulfilling the oath of the great mothers and their retinues, a great ocean of red blood offerings, flowers of the five supreme senses, incense of thoroughly burned fat, butter lamps filled with melted foot oil, fragrant water of potent gorochana, food of flesh and bones, thighbone skull drum playing the secret small gong, magnificent tsok and wondrous torma, glorious medicine and continuous offering torma of fulfillment substances, great attire of head garlands, field skins, and life foundations, large elephant raw hides, tiger skirts, and snake ropes, fierce tsara, garuda copper beaks, large ash piles, and fat paintings, five great medicines, etc., with this ocean of offering substances, may you glorious ones fulfill your oath! With the yogis and their retinues bearing great burdens, may the great vehicle's view not become empty talk, may the vast practice not fall short of the count, may the secret vows not be spread to non-humans, may the great festival offerings not be interrupted, we confess. Whatever violations of the great vehicle's borrowed vows there may be, we confess in the vast expanse of emptiness. Ema! This brief arrangement of the great mother's fulfillment is not improper arrogance or conceit, but rather the tradition of the Kagyu lineage's superiors. These few words, inseparable and identical in meaning, are not mixed or adulterated with the Buddha's teachings, but rather for the convenience of easy recitation for small-minded ones like myself. These ornate words of the glorious goddess, are not for the sake of appearing great or wise, but rather the yogi's dream vision of Remati's vak. If there are no signs or measures of seeing it as such, I am not an inferior person.
