Ka Dampa Desheg. ༈ The beginning of the Fulfillment of Glorious Goddess Remati. The fulfillment of Glorious Goddess Remati is: if vows are broken, do this activity. If signs do not appear, it is very important for yogis to offer to the mothers. Then, the method of performing the fulfillment and propitiation is: black bird, black sheep, black bell, black tsara, black female servant, large amount of meat, large amount of fat, pieces of goat hair, blood, large amount of incense, large amount of silk banners, fluttering banners, waving banners, skull back-to-back drum sound, leg bone flute and golden drink, five nectars, sentient beings complete with life breath, and amrita (Sanskrit: amṛta, Devanagari: अमृत, Roman transliteration: amrita, literal meaning: immortality), torma, torma arranged according to the ritual. Oneself, with the pride of Heruka, offers to the mothers and performs the fulfillment, the king raises the banner and says this: Kye! In all directions is phakina. All the retinues of a hundred theurang, the mistress of the three realms, the chief mother of the desire realm, the powerful mother, the mother of demons and the sister of Yama, the glorious goddess Remati, the mother of a hundred names and the mother of a thousand names, the chief of the eight classes of gods and demons, the lingam mother of a thousand Rudras, the life-extending mother of all yogis, the life-cutting mother of all vow-breakers, the protecting mother of all of us, the offering-receiving mother of the mantra-holder me, the butcher mother of all beings, the razor mother of life and lifespan, the liberating savior of consciousness and mind, the holder of the lineage of a thousand Buddhas, the guardian mother of the great vehicle's wheel, the rain-bringing mother of all arrogance, the nyule mother of all four continents, in the waves of the ocean of blood, trampling the donkey with the mudra of the three poisons, in the charnel ground, on the wide corpse bed, on the shattered mandala of the sun, dwells the chief mother of the desire realm, standing proudly in the center of a thousand mothers, holding a cutting sword in her right hand, holding a skull filled with blood in her left hand.

On your right front, A black divination book of demons is hung, See who will die now, Destiny is determined by your divination. On your left front, A blue-red disease bag is hung, See who will die now, Open your disease bag, Unleash the bonds of five hundred black snakes, For the oath-breakers and hateful enemies, Open the disease bag! Under your right armpit, The black and white dice of demons are spread, See who will die now, Shake your black and white dice. Under your left armpit, A red divination card is hidden, See who will die now, Destiny is determined by your divination. Offering, worship, vows fulfilled, Vows fulfilled with vow-substance torma, Vows fulfilled with tsok offering torma, Vows fulfilled with great red offering (Argha, अर्घ), Vows fulfilled with great smoke offering, Vows fulfilled with lifeless breath, Vows fulfilled with breathless life, Offering, worship, Vows fulfilled with nine pleasures, Vows fulfilled with black crystal eggs, Vows fulfilled with ewe sheep, Vows fulfilled with black garuda, Offering, worship, Vows fulfilled with wonderful torma, Vows fulfilled with five senses, Vows fulfilled with the ripening of human king fruit, Vows fulfilled with bodhicitta, Vows fulfilled with many desires, Vows fulfilled with amrita (Amrita, अमृत), Offering. By the blessing of this fulfillment, May we, brothers and sisters, Siblings and relatives, along with our entourage, Restore all that is diminished, Increase radiance and splendor, Increase life and power, Increase wealth and enjoyment, Inflict punishment on hateful enemies, Inflict punishment on harmful obstacles, May the entrusted tasks be accomplished. This is because in the past, vows were made in the Secret Mantra Vajrayana, so if yogis who possess vows worship the mothers, they will always provide protection.
