Ema, by accomplishing the fruit of Buddhahood in this life, those fortunate ones who strive for the essence, for the sake of directly pointing out the key to the nature of reality, in the key of conduct, distinguish between saṃsāra and nirvāṇa, roam in charnel grounds and empty places, in the key of meditation, show the three postures, cherish the three doors of body, speech, and mind with gentleness, in the key of view, drive in the three immovable nails, constantly familiarize yourself with Lugu-gyü. Eye clarifier, medicinal compound, mantra pu jaḥ hūṃ itself is recited. By meeting the body and sense faculty eye face of the one and only dharma, awareness is perfected, illusion is awakened, the aggregates are without remainder, the three thousand worlds are filled, all that is seen and heard, saṃsāra is turned back, in the spontaneously accomplished ground, one becomes Samantabhadra. Also, mash purple snan, frog's back, dry ram root, beeswax, and sag ram tsi in proportion, mix with mother's milk, and apply it to the eyes repeatedly. In seven days, the vision will be halved, and the light of vajra intelligence will become clear. Also, grind copper ash and skull into powder, mix with cheese and apply to the eyes, then dry eyes, redness and cataracts will be cured, and intelligence will become clear. If you apply butter to the navel and massage it in the evening, dry eyes and stiff lips will be cured. Also, if you apply mint and musk water to the navel in the evening, the eyes will become clear, and even if you go to the snowy mountains, they will not crack. Usually, in the morning, hold your breath, rub your eyes vigorously with the palms of your hands, and then wash them with clean water, you can cut off the pterygium of the eyes, which is called "washing", and there will be no cataracts, and the eyes will become clear. Also, if fleshy growths appear in the eyes, put a piece of butter in the middle of a piece of warm bread on an empty stomach, fumigate the eyes with its steam, and recite in the mouth: Om srin long, recite twenty-one times and swallow it, and it will be cured. Also, if there is a cataract in the eye, mix musk, sugar, turmeric, and beeswax in proportion, apply a little to the eye, recite this mantra many times, take it from the tip of the tongue with the tip of a pigeon's dung and apply it to the eye, and it will be cured. It will definitely become like that. This mantra is also the same, if you visualize the deity by hundreds of thousands or more and recite it, the aura will grow to the size of a bowl. Oṃ chen kong chen bhāha nā zhun chen zhu hā nā gha mi ton yam. Therefore, the eye of wisdom will become clear and vast. All the channels will be purified and awareness will increase. In general, prepare medicines that are beneficial to the eyes, and also strive to recite mantras. Also learn various methods such as realgar, jewels, sun, Chandra (月官), light, and calculate the real increase of awareness. Alas! Practitioners who look with real awareness, cherish this lamp instruction. The reality of the nature of things is continuous, if you hope for other dharmas besides this, then it is too pitiful. Those who are lost in conditioned dharmas in this life, wouldn't it be good to look at the unconditioned reality? Without this, even if you strive to practice other dharmas, Buddhahood will be far away. Therefore, wouldn't it be good to practice only this? Wouldn't it be good to merge into one with those who have attained the remainderless vidyādharas without distinction? After meeting the Buddhas of the three times, how can you expect to obtain the fruit in the future? It is completely impossible to control the contaminated illusory body forever, you fleshy guys, make up your mind now, you worms! Called "The Lamp of the Eye of Samadhi", written by the great paṇḍita Vimalamitra, is complete. Gya Gya Gya! Finished! The instructions of the supreme guru Kumārāja, recorded diligently by the yogi of the unconditioned vast realm, Longchen Rabjam. Ati! Gya Gya Gya!
